Story
Meet Ramzi! Ramzi’s a sensitive soul who doesn’t know his own strength and will try to climb right into your lap to show you how much he loves you. He’s lived most of his life in a pretty small bubble- so new things can be spooky for this guy and he looks to his people for confidence and reassurence. Ramzi is very smart and while in the shelter, he has been excelling in positive reinforcement training. Ramzi could potentially live with another dog or a cat, but would prefer a life without children due to his training needs.

Story
Meet Alex a lively, lovable pup with a big personality and an even bigger heart. This boy has energy to spare and a playful spirit thats just waiting to shine in his new home! Because of his high energy, Alex will need a patient and experienced home that can help him channel that zest for life into brain games, enrichment activities, and plenty of physical and mental stimulation. He is working hard on being a good boy and he is making great progress with structure and support. When he has had his fill of mental fun and the zoomies are out of his system, Alex melts into a total cuddle bug. If you`re looking for a smart, spirited companion and you`re ready to help guide him through his journey, this squishy guy just might be your perfect match.Alex may be able to live with another well-matched (in size and temperament) playful dog friend, a dog-savvy cat, and/or older, sturdy kids that are okay with a rowdy dog and are able to participate in his training.

Tanner is a handsome boy! He loves to take walks and lean into you for pets. He is a great car rider and really doesn't care where you are headed - he just wants to go along. He is a pretty low maintenance dog with a good attitude. The Adoption Fee Includes Age-Appropriate Vaccinations (DA2PPV, Bordetella, Rabies), Deworming, Spay/Neuter, Microchip, Flea, Tick and Heartworm Treatment and Prevention, and Sheltering. Story
Bones is a big girl with an even bigger heart. Weighing in at around 100 pounds, she may not realize her size—once she trusts you, she’ll happily climb into your lap or wrap you up in a big hug, showering you with sweet chin kisses. She can be shy at first and takes a little time to warm up, but once she does, her affectionate and loyal nature truly shines. Bones is housebroken and well-mannered in the home. She does well around cats, often choosing to ignore them, but she would do best as the only dog so she can soak up all the love and attention she deserves.Loud noises and thunderstorms can be scary for her, so she’ll need a patient, understanding home where she feels safe and secure.Bones is being rehomed through no fault of her own after the passing of her owner. She’s ready to find a loving family who will give her the comfort, stability, and affection she craves Bones' adoption fee is $275.FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN. The adoption fee Includes Age-Appropriate Vaccinations (DA2PPV, Bordetella, Rabies), Deworming, Spay/Neuter, Microchip, Flea/Tick/Heartworm Prevention, and Sheltering. Adult Dogs are Heartworm Tested and Treated as Needed. FOCCAS does not DNA test or guarantee breed. If transport is needed, there are additional fees to cover department of agriculture requirements and transport, the additional fee adds $300 to the adoption fee (any location out of Tennessee, East Coast, Great Lakes or New England regions)Thank You for Your Interest in Adopting a Canine Companion from Foccas-tn.org!To Apply Please Copy and Paste to your browser:https://service.sheltermanager.com/asmservice?account=hb2428&method=online_form_html&formid=41LOCATED IN CROSSVILLE, CUMBERLAND COUNTY, TN. Story
Brutus's Story Brutus There’s no pre-heating needed to get this guy to warm up to you! Brutus has a sweet disposition and is friendly and affectionate with people right from the start. He’s easygoing, too – 30 minutes after we met him, he curled up and relaxed on the floor while the humans chatted around him. Rescued after being abandoned behind a restaurant, Brutus is estimated to be two to four years old. He is a good-size boy, weighing about 60 pounds, but is gentle and aware of his size. He takes well to being handled and groomed with a brush. Brutus walks nicely on leash and seems to be good around other dogs, showing interest and keeping calm. We’ll learn and share more as we get to know him better. Better yet, please reach out to us and come meet this sweet boy for yourself!
