Meet Scrumps - the big, goofy, one-of-a-kind heartthrob with a smile so unique it deserves its own fan club.At a year and a half old and 130 lbs, Scrumps is a whole lot of dog with an even bigger personality. He has spent some time in a foster home and adjusted well to his new routine, proving himself to be potty trained and an overall respectful houseguest.Scrumps has a wonderful mix of playful goofball and laid-back companion. He definitely gets the zoomies from time to time especially when there are toys involved, but overall, he’s a pretty low-key, chill guy who is happy to hang out with his people. He LOVES carrying his toys around like prized possessions and will absolutely parade them in front of you like he just won Best in Show. His hobbies include speed-waddling around the yard chasing toys, going on sniff-filled walks, collecting compliments, and practicing “sit” like the smart cookie he is.And when the fun is over? Scrumps’ signature move is to melt into you with his classic full-body lean while you deliver top-tier butt rubs. It’s his love language. He’s also a certified road-trip buddy, making him an excellent adventure companion.A few things to know about Scrumps:Personality: Goofy, affectionate, playful, and overall pretty laid-backHouse manners: Potty-trained and respectful in the homeKids: Would do best with older kids who can handle his size and occasional big, bouncy bursts of energyDogs: Would likely be happiest as your one-and-only dog superstar where he can soak up all the attentionCats: Scrumps has successfully coexisted with a cat in his home after a slow, thoughtful introduction. He could potentially live with a resident cat who is accustomed to dogs, provided his new family is comfortable introducing them slowly and giving everyone time to adjust.Exercise: Enjoys walks, playtime, sniffing adventures, and the occasional zoomie, but he’s not looking to be on the go 24/7Eye care: Requires non-prescription eye lubricant twice daily to help keep his eyes happy and healthyTravel: A certified road-trip buddy!Scrumps is looking for a home where he can settle into a routine, be his big goofy self, and enjoy a nice balance of activity and relaxation. He’ll need a family who can give him opportunities to stretch his legs, engage his brain, and then happily settle in for some serious lounging and snuggling.Scrumps` adoption fee was fully Sponsored!
