Lilo has been tested with other dogs and did wonderfully, and when walking past cats, she didn’t react at all – so she’s great with both other animals and people. While Lilo may be a little shy at first, her love for human interaction and treats quickly help her open up. She’s a big fan of cuddles and enjoys spending quality time with her people. With some patience, she’ll become your ultimate snuggle buddy and a loyal companion for life. Lilo is looking for a home where she can feel safe, loved, and spoiled with attention. She’s a calm, affectionate dog who would thrive in a household where she’s given the time to adjust and get comfortable. Lilo loves human companionship, and she’ll quickly show you how much she appreciates your kindness – especially if there are some tasty treats involved! I am 53 lbs, and I am looking for my forever home. Adoption Donation: $450 Shy is a beautiful girl with a stunning brindle coat and a gentle, sensitive soul. True to her name, she can be a little shy at first and may need a minute to warm up to new people. But once she feels safe, her sweet personality shines through. Shy loves affection and will happily lean into you for pets once she trusts you. She has such a tender heart and just wants to be close to someone who cares about her. She came to us when her owner sadly became homeless, and the change has been scary for her. Shy is simply looking for a safe, loving home again — a place where she can relax, feel secure, and be someone’s beloved companion. With a little patience and kindness, Shy will reward you with quiet loyalty and lots of love. All dogs are microchipped, neutered, current on all vaccines, heartworm tested (if age appropriate), and up-to-date on preventatives at the time of adoption. All household members and any dogs from the household need to be present to be able to adopt. A photo ID will be required at the time of adoption. Appointments are recommended. All applications are considered general. Specific animals are NOT put on hold for adoption. When you visit, our adoption counselors will be able to make suggestions based on the type of pet you are looking for and help you find the best fit for your family. Animal House Shelter cannot guarantee the breeds of the adoptable animals. The animals are posted on the website as the breed or breed mix based on their physical characteristics they most resemble.
