CHUCHO's Story Est. DOB 05/03/2015 Weight 35lbs Adoption Fee: $259 Chucho is an energetic older gentleman with lots of love to give to his humans. Though older, he still has plenty of pep in his step and enjoys daily walks, exploring the yard, and keeping an eye on the local wildlife (squirrels and birds beware!). He gets along well with dogs of all sizes and is both crate trained and housebroken. Chucho is loyal and protective, so he does best in an adult-only home and should be kenneled when visitors come by to help him feel secure. His ideal home includes a big backyard where he can stretch his legs and enjoy some squirrel patrol. If you're looking for a devoted companion with a playful spirit and mature charm, Chucho may be your perfect match! Hi! My name is Sandy and I am available for adoption!I came in w/ my sibling Sassy (A746436) and we are Best Friends For Life. We are always together and we plan on leaving here together!I am considered a `small breed` dog.I am an affectionate lovebug who is full of energy and loves to play! I tend to calm down more when the people around me stay calm. I do best when I have lots of exercise and something to keep my mind busy.I am a bit less confident than my sibling Sassy, but give me a bit of time and love and I warm right up!You can visit me at the Pet Adoption Center on weekdays from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Meet Maxima Name: MaximaAge: 3 years, 3 monthsGender: FemaleWeight: 10 kilos / 22 lbsBreed: Miniature Pinscher MixColor: Black & BrownCoat: Short Health Spayed Vaccinated Heartworm Negative Compatibility Good with dogs: Yes Good with kids: Yes, ages 10+ Good with cats: No Leash trained: Yes Potty trained: Yes — she keeps her foster area clean and adjusts quickly to household routines Crate trained: Yes Maxima currently shares space with other dogs in her foster home and sleeps comfortably in her own dog bed in a designated area. Personality Maxima is pure joy wrapped in a sleek little body. She is intelligent, playful, and full of life. Despite everything she’s endured, she greets each day with a wagging tail and bright, hopeful eyes. She completed professional training and was one of the top students in her class — meaning she already has excellent manners and loves learning. She enjoys her daily walks, does wonderfully with other dogs, and truly thrives on human companionship. In her foster home, she spends time with a young human friend and shows just how gentle, patient, and affectionate she can be. Maxima bonds deeply with her people and is happiest when she feels included in everyday life. She would be a wonderful fit for an active family or individual who enjoys walks, playtime, and building a strong connection with their dog. Maxima’s Ideal Home At about 18 inches tall, Maxima is compact and adaptable — a great fit for apartments, condos, or homes with limited space, as long as she receives regular exercise and engagement. She would love: A family that includes her in daily activities An adopter who appreciates her training and continues reinforcing it A home with respectful children (10+) A dog sibling — or she would also thrive as the center of attention Most importantly, Maxima needs a stable, committed forever home where she will be cherished as a true family member. Maxima’s Rescue Story Maxima’s life changed overnight when her owner passed away. Instead of being given time to adjust or grieve, she was taken to a dog pound by relatives who intended to euthanize her. Thankfully, her rescuer happened to be there that same day and offered to take her instead. And just like that, her life was saved. When she first arrived in rescue, Maxima was deeply fearful. She barked at dogs and people alike, overwhelmed and unsure of the world around her. After losing her person, it’s believed she experienced mistreatment that left emotional scars. Her rehabilitation took time, patience, and the guidance of a professional trainer in Colima, Mexico. Slowly, she learned to trust again. Step by step, she discovered that she was safe. Today, Maxima is confident, loving, and ready to belong to a family again. Her journey shows incredible resilience — she simply needed someone to believe in her. Ready to Welcome Maxima? Maxima is currently waiting in Mexico for a committed trial home so she can travel to the Pacific Northwest. If you are interested in adopting, please apply at:www.northwestwagrescue.org Her adoption fee is $600. Maxima has overcome so much. Now she’s just waiting for the family who will never let her go again. ##2666357##

Story
Jack is such a sweet and sensitive lil guy! At home, he loves cuddling or napping nearby, with short bursts of play - big on squeaky toys, tug, and jumping onto cozy spots. Jack can come on long summer hikes, but he prefers to stay near home in the winter. In Seattle, he's a regular café/bar dog and settles quietly on a mat for some time.As a rescued stray, Jack does best in a quiet, stable home with a predictable routine. Loud sounds startle him, so he's not a fit for homes with babies or very young kids. Older kids/teens are great. He's fearful of unfamiliar dogs but warms up to well-matched smaller or calmer dogs.Important: Jack has separation anxiety and is not currently left alone. He's on anti-anxiety medication and receptive to desensitization training. We can share his ongoing plan. Healthy, house-trained, neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, knows basic commands.Ideal home: calm multi-adult household with consistent companionship, cozy spots, and lots of love <3

Story
He is looking for his family! Will you be mine? Please contact us to submit an application directly at Kzyrnr17@yahoo.com or info@dogdiggityrescue.com Excited for forever home! Micah is a yorkie/min pin/chi around 3 .5 yr old and about 10 lbs.  He came from same home as Peter aka Pedro is a  2.5 yr old male Terrier (maybe some rat terrier....who knows) about 12 lb but it is hard to adopt out bonded pairs.  So, Micah needs to be placed probably in an active retired couple home with Yorkie experience and with another small dog .  He is semi energetic that likes the company of another small dog and loves his dog beds.    He is in a foster home with lots of  Chi foster brothers/sisters. He love dog beds, doggie blankets, dog harnesses and toys.  He acts grouchy, but it is all for show.  Once you pick him up and carry him around he is okay.. Are great companion for active retirees with a securely fenced yard that like small dogs..    He  should be okay with small dog polite children (over 12 yrs of age) but better with no children.  Small dog experience is recommended. He is an indoor dog.   L & S Dog Diggity Rescue is headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, where there are over 350,000 homeless pets. We save homeless and abandoned dogs and find them loving forever homes in other areas, where pet homelessness is not epidemic. All of our pets are located here, in San Antonio, and we partner with  rescues to provide transportation for our pets to their new homes. Our adoption fee includes vet care (vaccinations, spay/neuter, microchipping, etc), as well as transportation and health certificate. Please contact us to ask about our adoption process and our adoption fees. March 7, 2026, 10:50 pm
