Story
*Meet Sassy* 🐾 Don't let the name fool you — okay, actually, DO let the name fool you, because Sassy earns every letter of it. This three-month-old spitfire is a Chihuahua/Miniature Pinscher mix with the heart of a lap dog and the confidence of a dog three times her size. Sassy is whip-smart (she's already figuring out the humans around her faster than they're figuring her out) and endlessly affectionate — she'll happily curl up in your lap one minute and zoom around the room the next like she's got somewhere very important to be. Spoiler: she doesn't. She just has a lot of opinions and a lot of energy. She's looking for a family who appreciates a dog with personality — someone who'll match her enthusiasm on walks, laugh at her antics, and give her plenty of love (which she will return tenfold). A little structure and consistent training will go a long way with this clever girl, but underneath the sass is a total sweetheart who just wants to be your shadow. *Sassy is ready to bring a little chaos and a lot of love into her forever home.* Local adoption fee is $400 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $750 (includes transport to your area)

8/26/26 foster pupdate🐾: “He's been great. Very easy, sweet boy. We've been on a few walks, he likes to stop and stare at whatever's going on around. Lots of cuddles on the couch or on my lap outside. He sleeps next to me on the bed at night. He really enjoys watching out the back window to see the squirrels come out of the little feeder we have set up. 😊”

Minnie and her brother Cosmo are currently still at a rescue in California where they have been since they were 6 months young and they are now 4 years old which is very tragic. So we were asked if we can help to get them to the PNW because apparently no one in the last 3 1/2 years wanted to adopt them as a bonded pair. I think we can do better. They are small dogs and very sweet. Transport will be arranged from our side. Please call us if you’re interested in adopting them. 360 2580702

Story
Does Bingo run a tiny neighborhood detective agency? Maybe! We cannot confirm it but we are not convinced he doesn’t. He is alert, expressive, deeply invested in everyone’s business, and somehow manages to be both hilariously spunky and genuinely very sweet all at once. Estimated to be around 3 years old and weighing 23 lbs, Bingo appears to be a Miniature Pinscher mix of some sort, though rescue rules absolutely apply and breed and age are simply our best guess. What we do know for certain is that this little guy comes fully loaded with charm, a love of snackies, and a truly elite appreciation for booty scratches. Go watch Bingo on YouTube, then come right back to read more about this tiny booty-scratch enthusiast. https://youtu.be/0LJfUzY8rSQ Bingo is being fostered in a loving home with 3 other dogs and his foster shared that he settled into the busy environment with ease. No matter the scene- new people, new dogs, lots going on around him, none of it seems to bother him one bit. He fell into the mix with the dogs like he’d been there from the start. In all the spaces and places we have seen him in he stays consistently easy. He happily wanders around exploring, soaking up attention, and making friends with everyone willing to stop and pet him. He is affectionate without being overwhelming and genuinely seems to enjoy being around people. With other dogs, Bingo showed very good social skills overall. He integrated easily into group play, greets appropriately, and mostly prefers casually hanging out and exploring over wild play, chase or roughhousing. He will join in for a little chase here and there, but overall his energy level feels more mid-to-low than high energy. He also met our house cat and was perfectly polite. He has a healthy amount of respectful caution and could fit nicely into either a multi-pet home or a home where he gets all the attention to himself. He also has some really adorable little manners. Bingo knows “sit” and “shake,” takes treats with an incredibly soft mouth, and has the kind of expressive face that makes every interaction feel personal. He is smart, attentive, and easy to engage with. With that personality comes occasional chattiness so no apartments for Bingo. His size says yes but his mouth says no shared walls. Bingo does have boundaries around handling- it’s simple and easily respected- he will side eye you over touching his feet but doesn’t mind nail trims, and he will count the seconds until you put him down if you decide to pick him up. The protest to both is small and uneventful but just know he isn’t a grab-and-go guy. Once the moment is over he relaxes immediately and goes right back to normal without lingering stress. Bingo is simply not buying that whole small-dog life stereotype- he identifies as a big dog- and he will do best with an adopter who respects that. Overall, Bingo is a really enjoyable, easy companion for someone who appreciates a dog with personality. He is affectionate, social, good with other dogs, and confident in new environments without being over the top. He also apparently enjoys water enough to lay directly in a puddle during a recent playgroup, which honestly felt very fitting for him. Bingo is cute, funny, loving, and full of charm. He is ready for a home that appreciates his personality and is happy to provide plenty of booty scratches, and treats, along the way. Ready to call BINGO!? Breed: Miniature Pinscher Mix Age: 1.5 years Gender: Male Size: Small to Medium Needs: Doggy friend, tall fence Rory may be a Miniature Pinscher mix, but don’t let the “mini” fool you. This 1.5-year-old boy has energy to spare and a spring in his step (literally… he can leap 3 to 4 feet in a single bound!). He’s playful, curious, and always up for an adventure in the yard with his doggie pals. Rory is almost fully house-trained and is a champ in his crate. He gets along great with other dogs and cats, but we’re not sure yet how he feels about kids. So any potential kiddo friends should meet him first. He’s a little shy with strangers, but once you’ve earned his trust, you’ll find a loving, fun companion who will keep you smiling. Rory doesn’t want to be the only canine in the house. He needs a canine buddy to wrestle, chase, and share zoomies with. A secure, high fence is a must to contain his athletic leaps, and a yard to run in will make him one happy pup. If you’re looking for an energetic, playful dog who will light up your life (and maybe your backyard), Rory is ready to hop right into your heart. Story
Jack is such a sweet and sensitive lil guy! At home, he loves cuddling or napping nearby, with short bursts of play - big on squeaky toys, tug, and jumping onto cozy spots. Jack can come on long summer hikes, but he prefers to stay near home in the winter. In Seattle, he's a regular café/bar dog and settles quietly on a mat for some time.As a rescued stray, Jack does best in a quiet, stable home with a predictable routine. Loud sounds startle him, so he's not a fit for homes with babies or very young kids. Older kids/teens are great. He's fearful of unfamiliar dogs but warms up to well-matched smaller or calmer dogs.Important: Jack has separation anxiety and is not currently left alone. He's on anti-anxiety medication and receptive to desensitization training. We can share his ongoing plan. Healthy, house-trained, neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, knows basic commands.Ideal home: calm multi-adult household with consistent companionship, cozy spots, and lots of love <3
