Female mini-poodle mix needs new home. She is very friendly, affectionate, playful, and knows a few tricks plus several commands. Her idea of bliss is playing tug-of-war, keep away, and field trips in the car. She’s not a delicate princess, more like a Tom Boy and will run off with your sock.She likes people, and she especially likes men. She needs a Dad to be a big part of her life. The ideal owner would be active, work from home, have a fenced yard with a doggie door, and possibly another small dog or a family. She’s up to date on her vaccines, is chipped and spayed, and had her teeth cleaned every other year. I was told this dog was 4 years old when I adopted her. In fact, she was barely a year old. She is 5 years old now. Because I live in Laguna Woods, I can no longer provide the safety and exercise she needs—and she is needs a man in her life. I love her dearly, but I can no longer provide the active lifestyle she deserves. All her belongings go with her.

This is Gimpy. He has successfully undergone surgery to remove that heavy growth (he was dropped off the shelter with it), and he is feeling lighter than ever. At 11–12 years old and just under 15 pounds, this resilient senior is officially in his "glow-up" era and looking for a forever home to celebrate his new lease on life.While the physical burden is gone, Gimpy’s recovery is a journey. Because he spent so long compensating for that growth, he hasn’t quite realized he can use that leg fully yet. He is looking for a patient home that understands that it will take some time for him to start using that leg, he's gone so long without using it. Aside from his physical therapy journey, Gimpy is the same charming gentleman we fell in love with.
