I do fine once I know my way around my surroundings, but I like my humans to be close by to reassure me that I'm safe. I'm really good on my walks, and of course being a senior I like my walks slow and short. I'm not boring, though! My foster mom says I have a definite silly side, too. If you want a dignified, easygoing gentleman to keep you company, then I'm your guy. I am loved and well-cared for with my foster family but I am looking for my forever home. I have had a thorough health examination, I’m microchipped and I will have a dental cleaning prior to adoption. I'm a 11-year-old small 8-pound Bichon Frise mix. I am fun, loving and full of spirit! They call me a SPECIAL NEEDS PUP. I took a fall before becoming a BROC BABE and the doctors said I would NEVER walk again due to a spinal cord rupture. But my foster mom says I have the will to get wherever I want, nothing holds me back. My BROC Aunties got some custom wheels for me and you should see me run. I'm like a horse in its chariot, and I must say, I do look adorable. I take walks with and without my wheels, I walk with all my fur siblings and chase bunnies like no other but I need my wheels at times. My foster mom loves me and takes great care of me. No out of state adoptions - Northern California will not be considered - Needs to be local to Orange County only -- NO LA - NO La county - will be accepted. owner surrender due to landlord issues / moving not allowed to have dogs. Boys are 6 months old- supposedly parents are Maltipoo but surely doesn't like it at all -- we think they are mixed with something else we will be doing DNA test to see what mix is - little nervous but overall very sweet boys. Puppy criteria- MUST HAVE another dog in the home between ages of 1-4 years old- under 20 pounds - will not make exceptions -- However if someone is willing to adopt two puppies from our rescue we are totally okay with that. Abandoned by his owner in board and care and then relinquished to Poochmatch for adoption. Henri and his buddy Milo (looks identical) have been in my care for about 2 months. Accustomed to being an indoor pet, he is well mannered, sociable with humans and other dogs. Never demanding, Henri will make a great family pet. Relinquished by his owner because after being divorced from his wife, 25 yers, they re-married and she came with 5 cats, none of whom he gets along. Sadly, he had be used as a therapy dog and has been sad for the last week. He has not yet come out of his shell, and we had him groomed right away. He had a furry pal who recently passed away and this added to his sorrow. I'm confident he'll make a good family pet. If this listing is still posted, we are still accepting applications.
