She could really use an owner to help her lose weight and feel loved again. She is 6 years old so no need to potty trained this young veteran. Sasha came to me with another dog after their owner suddenly passed away from health problems. She is dog and people friendly, walks well on the leash and rides in the car without getting sick. Her companion was an overweight male chihuahua mix and they had been together a long time. He has been placed already and now Sasha would love to be in a stable home. He still looks a little sluggish but his surgery to remove both cherry eyes went smoothly and he is healing with no problems. There is NO daily maintenance for upkeep required on him. SAMMY is 3 years old and weighs 11.30 pounds. He is leash trained and rides well in the car. I call SAMMY the daddy of the group of dogs around here because he acts like everyone's loving dad. Especially with the puppies, he cleans them and gently plays with them and he knows what he is doing because he plays a little rougher with the older/bigger dogs. He is a great dog with all of the dogs and if one does not play with him he will get in their face and bark at them for a moment until another dog comes along and plays with him SAMMY is very social and friendly with everyone he meets. He was found on the streets of San Antonio, TX in horrible shape, simply horrible. His mats were at least 10 months old and it took me 2 days to get them off. Oh by the way he looks scruffy and a bit raggedly because I groomed (hacked) him myself so he could have his neuter surgery. I did not have time to have him properly groomed before the surgery. I will clean him up again in a few days and post new pictures of him. SAMMY would do best in a home with another dog that he can play with. He would be bored bad being the only dog. I do NOT have cats in my home so I do not know how he would do with cats and I do not have the ability to cat test him. I know he was on the streets a long time surviving the best he could. He weighs 26 pounds and has reach his adult weight. He is gray and white. He would enjoy a home with a calm environment, he is playful with the puppies and came from a home that he shared with a 10 year old male poodle. He has NOT been around any cats so we are unsure how he would do with them and I do not have the ability to cat test him. He was terribly matted when he came in and had to be shaved down completely. His coat is growing back in waves so I cannot vouch for the exact breed mix he is. He has reached his adult height and weight and will grow no more. ENZO is playful with you and like to cuddy but he is not a velcro dog. He would be a great pet for a senior citizen or a family who just wants someone to love. I put that he is not housetrained because he has excitement pee but he is about 75% potty trained and he does go outside to use it but wants to come right in so he can hang out with you. He is a routine kind of guy, he goes where his bed is and he follows directions well. He does not get sick in the car and walks well on the leash. She cuddles but not a velcro dog. She goes to the back door to go potty, I do not have a doggy door. She gets along with other dogs as she is in a foster home, we do not have a shelter. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Leyton, our adorable 2-year-old miniature Poodle. He's looking for his forever family after being released from a retiring breeder. Leyton is about 15 pounds of pure cuteness and love! Leyton is adjusting well to living in a home and being a pet! He loves being outdoors and playing with the other dogs in his foster home. Watch out when he gets the zoomies! Leyton likes to play with toys and anything he can find will become a toy too. He is very friendly and enjoys being around people. He is very affectionate and loves to give kisses. He still needs some work on leash training and house training. He is doing well but needs that finetuning. He is also getting used to crate training - he does well as long as he can see a person, but may cry a bit when left alone. Leyton loves other dogs and would love another playful dog in his home but it is not required. He is curious about cats but not aggressive, Leyton has been around kids and did just fine. Leyton was shaved down when he arrived and his coat is starting to grow out. He will need regular grooming throughout his life so please keep that in mind if you are interested!
