Pansy is a petite little sweetheart — only about 22 lbs — with the softest heart and gentle soul. She’s a shy, tender-natured girl who just needs a little time and patience to feel safe and show her true personality. Once she trusts you, though, she’s incredibly affectionate and loves to cuddle up with her favorite humans. Pansy gets along beautifully with other dogs and does great around children, including toddlers. In fact, she’d thrive in a home with a confident, playful dog to help guide her and show her that the world isn’t so scary. She’s food-motivated (and may sneak a snack if your toddler drops one!) and is doing very well with house training, reliably going potty outside. Because of her timid nature, Pansy will need a secure home with a fenced-in yard and an adopter who understands that confidence takes time to build.
