Story
She was a stray that just ran up to our porch one afternoon. She is beautiful and fiercely loyal even though she had just met us. She sleeps on the floor right next to me in bed, even if the only thing she has to sleep on is the shirt I threw on the floor before bed (We have several dog beds laying around the room). When any of us are in the shower, she lays down on the floor right outside shower. Somebody trained her. Sit, Laydown, Shake, even "Go somewhere else," and she will leave the room. She obediently fetches and returns. Someone trained this dog. Maybe to hunt or something. She CANNOT SWIM however, at least in our pool. But, she loves to RUN!!! The problem is, we had four dogs (and two cats) prior to Bella. Bella and Phoebe do not get along. We don't know why, and sometimes it is hard to tell who starts what, but they do not get along. Bella gets along fine with the cats too. Bella is a bright star, but she belongs in a home where she is the only star.

These pups are in Arlington, Texas too!

Story
Meet Dune!Dune is a handsome 3 year old Catahoula Leopard mix, tennis ball enthusiast, who is currently residing at the Saving Hope ranch and is eager to find a foster or an adopter! Dune still needs to be neutered and receive his rabies vaccine. He is dog friendly and enjoys playing with other pups, unless a tennis ball is around then he is only interested in the ball. He is crate trained and potty trained. Dune also loves kids! He would be happy as part of your dog pack or as the only pup in the home. He would also be fine living in an apartment. Seriously, this guy is the total package! You don’t want to pass up on this amazing boy! To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt. It doesn`t obligate you, but it is the first step. We don`t get to all of the inquires but respond to all applications. Thank you for choosing to rescue!
