Dog Friendly Kid Friendly Cat Tested Great Nubz is a happy and sweet boy! He loves his humans and enjoys interaction and affection. He came to us as an abandoned bitty baby with a tail deformity and a year and a half later, he still doesn't have his own home. His nub doesn't cause him any pain, it's purely cosmetic, and rather cute! Someone adopt this handsome boy!   www.MarleighsFriends.org/adopt ##1200159##

Story
Hello, my name is Lucy! Can we be forever friends? My sister and I were rescued by a kind-hearted woman in Midland, TX. Sis has already found a home and I'm still waiting for my person to find me. Right now I'm living with three other dogs and would love to find a home with some doggie siblings to play with!  Foster mom says Lucy is sweet, cuddly, and inquisitive. Lucy is a very smart girl and has learned how to sit and go into her kennel. She is still a puppy and does have some puppy habits, such as chewing, that her adopter will need to continue working with her on. Foster mom is pleased to report that NO furniture has been tested by Lucy for chewing possibility.  Lucy is up to date on her immunizations and is scheduled to be spayed in December. She is microchipped.  Please contact us immediately at PacoCorpRescue@gmail.com to set up a meet & greet with Lucy! Lucy's adoption fee is $150. We will perform a background check and home visit as part of the adoption process. April 24, 2024, 5:46 pm

Story
Hi there! My name is Cinnamon and I am a sweet and active girl who is super ready to find my forever home! I absolutely love to play and go on walks, run around, and play all sorts of games! If you are looking for a sweet and spunky girl who can match the energy of an active family, then come on in and meet me! You can see more videos of me here: https://youtu.be/-bA2Y6ljbEYWhen it comes to any canine companions, I love playing with them! I have a rough and rowdy playstyle so if there are any other dogs in the home, I would prefer if they could match my energy so we can play together! It is highly recommended to bring in your dogs to meet me to make sure we hit it off! Kids? Sure! I can get pretty excited when I meet new friends so please bring in any kiddos to come on in and meet me to make sure we're a good fit! If you are interested in meeting me, Come on in! We are open 12noon-6pm every day. Hope to meet you soon.Borrow-a-Buddy Testimonial:"Cinnamon is the sweetest. She rode very well in the car, then we had a blast at the park! She loved to be outside and is a very active girl, but when she has her fill, definitely loves to relax and cozy up. She was curious about all the new sights, sounds, and smells, so her excitement carries her away at times with some tugging on the leash, but nothing time and release of shelter energy wouldn't solve! She's eager to love, learn, and be home. She listens so well, and my favorite is when something catches her attention... the sudden instantaneous sole focus on whatever it is that's captivated her. Mid treat, mid walk, mid water drink... I loved, it's too adorable! She's definitely best friend material and was so grateful to spend the day with her! She has melted my heart!"

Story
Brady is a 1 1/2-year-old crate trained doggo who loves kids, and chases lasers and balls and he will bring sticks to you. He loves picking up sticks and carrying them with him. He is definitely not a typical Great Pyrenees in that way though he does like to sing the song of his people. He is very people oriented and is the most lovable dog ever wanting to sit or lie close to you and pushing his head under your arms. Brady does well with cats but needs gentle reminding not to chase them in the house. He really doesn't bother them at all except if they run. He walks very nicely on a leash and when you ask him to "heel" or "slow down" he listens. He knows basic commands such as sit, down, heel and come.

Story
I met Willow at the animal shelter back in November of 2023 and fell in love with her personality and demeanor. She seemed well behaved and mainly to herself. Throughout my time of having her, she is a very playful, intelligent and a quiet dog. She does not bark. She is truly a great companion. The issue that I have been having is that I live in an apartment and her breed needs to stay active. A week after bringing her home, I later found that she was heartworm positive (which the shelter has taken full responsibility for treatments) and with that being said, it requires her activity to be low until all treatments are finished. I believe with her not being able to be as active, she takes her boredom out on other things. She is potty trained for the most part, but a consistent schedule is crucial for her. Her perfect home would be with someone who can actually invest time into training her and spending time with her.
