Beesly is a great dog that I’ve had for a few years. She’s well trained and well behaved. I’ve never had problems with her. Unfortunately, because I am a firefighter I often spend multiple days and nights away from my home and don’t have anybody that can take care of her, especially during these busy seasons, wildfires are making me stay at work for multiple weeks. I want to find her a great home and somebody that can take care of her and love her.

Hi, Meet Scooby! He’s a great dog, maybe 8 months? He’s friendly, loving, and just a sweetheart. I need to find him a new home, I need surgery soon, and I haven’t been able to take him on walks like I would like to be able to. I’m looking for a STABLE family that their home allows dogs and they have the room and energy for him. He’s pretty mellow, but he is a large dog, so a strong or experienced owner is what he needs.

My husband brought Oreo home as he was abandoned and a homeless person had his litter and was giving he and his litter mates away. He was between 4-6 weeks old when we got him. We had him dewormed and vaccinated and introduced him to Chip. He and Chip have been together ever since. Oreo has a calm demeanor but is cautious or new people. Once he started growing he started showing his dominance to Chip. He is my Velcro dog and does not want Chip to get close to me. He will quickly correct Chip. For this reason, Oreo would do well in an only dog household. Oreo is 6 years old, and loves to nap and be a lap dog.

Story
My neighbor died recently and her family is back east. Two of us are feeding and walking Shiloh with her family's permission. He lived with her and another dog. When the 3 were discovered during a wellness check, my neighbor and her other elderly dog were very close to death. She died that night at the hospital and animal control took the other dog, who was likely euthanized out of mercy. The house is not habitable. However, Shiloh was well fed and cared for - very fancy fresh food. He's justifiably stressed. His whole life has been upended with people coming and going to clean out the house. We can't take him into our homes b/c he isn't good with other dogs or men. But likes his crate. Will hop in a car. Will walk on leash. TIMID. Good with women, not men. This all happened in last 5 days so the situation's very new. Needs an experienced dog owner - herding mix. We'd love to find him a great home or foster with an experienced owner willing to go slow/train.

Story
Charlotte is an incredibly intelligent, and energetic puppy of 9 months old. She enjoys going to the dog park, long walks, playing catch with her Frisbee and training. She was originally adopted from the Humane Society of Silicon Valley and while we love her very much we do not have the time or space she deserves. We are hoping to find someone with some experience with high energy dogs. She has learned most of the basic commands and picks up on new ones very easily. She is housebroken, though sometimes she will eat something that she isn't supposed to as she is still young and exploring this new world. She would make a wonderful hiking partner, camping companion, or beach buddy.
