I found Scooby when he was about 7 months in New Orleans. He is currently about 5 years old and has been a beloved part of my family.He is a sweet, loyal, affectionate, and gentle companion who loves being around people. Some words I would use to describe him are friendly, loving, playful, intelligent, and well-mannered. He enjoys walks, hiking, cuddling, car rides, naps and has a wonderful personality that brings joy to those around him.I am looking for a safe, stable, and loving home where he will be treated as a cherished member of the family. Ideally, his new home will provide him with plenty of attention, exercise, and affection. I would love to find someone who has the time and commitment to give him the care and companionship he deserves.Making the decision to rehome him has been incredibly difficult, but due to severe medical conditions, I can no longer provide the environment that is best for either of us.

Bruno is the sweetest little boy of unknown mix, full of affection and cuddles! At almost six months, Bruno is still learning about the world, but already he has shown he is a quick learner, adventurous, playful, and most of all loving—he just wants to be loved and snuggled by his humans. Bruno needs rehoming because our resident elderly Queen dog has turned out to be just too old for any changes in our home. Bruno also needs a home better prepared for puppy socialization and training than our busy schedules allow. He is already off to a great start. **Meet RJ – Looking for His Forever Home** RJ is a 3-year-old dog with a big heart and lots of energy. He loves to run and would do best with an active person or family who can provide regular exercise and attention. RJ is housebroken, knows basic commands, and gets along well with other dogs. He enjoys companionship and would benefit from continued training and guidance to help him reach his full potential. RJ has lived with cats and has done well around them. He was typically kept on leash indoors as part of his training and to prevent chasing behaviors, but he has shown positive interactions with the cats in the home. As with any new pet introduction, supervision is recommended. RJ is not a good fit for a home with rabbits or other small prey animals due to his strong prey drive. Due to health issues, I can no longer provide RJ with the activity he deserves. He needs a loving home with someone who has the time, energy, and commitment to help him thrive.

**Meet Callie – A Fast, Fun-Loving Girl Looking for Her Forever Home** Callie is an approximately 4–5-year-old dog looking for a fresh start and a loving home. She came to me as a stray, and after having her scanned for a microchip, I was able to contact her owners. They chose not to reclaim her, so she is now ready for a new family. Callie is energetic, athletic, and loves to run—she is incredibly fast! She would thrive with an active person or family who can give her regular exercise and outdoor time. Despite her energy, she also has a calm side and enjoys relaxing with her people. She is friendly with people and gets along well with other dogs. Callie is affectionate, enjoys companionship, and likes being part of daily life. Callie is not a good fit for a home with rabbits or other small prey animals due to her strong prey drive. She is looking for a stable, loving home where she can be both an adventure partner and a loyal companion.

Story
Zombie is a 19 month old Boston Terrier/Bulldog mix we rescued at 14 weeks old. He is very loving, loves to be around people, is potty trained and knows all basic commands. He loves toys and will play fetch all day if he could. We love him, and he does really well with a strong alpha, which is me, but we have to leave town regularly to care for aging parents and he can be aggressive with our petite 21 year old daughter when we are gone. She's scared to put him on his leash or get him in the house. He needs an experienced owner who understands how to be the alpha of the home. We're heartbroken as he's a member of the family and so much of the time he's perfectly fine, but we aren't willing to risk our daughter's safety. Trying to explore all options to keep him housed with loving owners. Thanks for taking the time to look.
