Story
Stella is a sweet and incredibly affectionate dog. She loves to be with her people. She is very strong and energetic. She loves going on walks but will pull to chase a squirrel or bunny. She goes to doggy daycare and has been socialized with other dogs. She loves to sniff and play with other dogs. She does not like cats. We have one and have to keep them separated. Stella has been with us since she was 10 wks and was a rescue from WAGS. She’s 4 now. We were told we were getting a black lab. Her paper work identified her as such. After DNA testing she is a mix breed of Black Lab, Staffordshire Terrier, Weimaraner, Boxer & Husky. She is powerful, fast, and the sweetest girl ever. Unfortunately, due to severe health issues that affect my eyes and future vision, I have to make this awful decision to re-home Stella. We are looking for someone loving, strong and has time to spend with Stella as she craves attention and will sit right on top of you if you let her! She is a love!

Story
Rome is a sweet 2 yr old Great Dane mix with a lot of energy. She is people and animal-friendly, enjoys walks, the dog park and weekly daycare visits. She has shown no aggressive tendencies. She is a smart dog who has been potty trained to ring her doorbell and goes in a specific area of the yard, leaving the grass without the unsightly pee spots. She is crate-trained and sleeps throughout the night without accidents or barking. She does not chew on furniture or steal household items, she occasionally will take a shoe just to get your attention and then immediately drops it. She eats dry food twice a day and as soon as the treat jar jingles, she knows it is bedtime and goes to her crate. She sits in front of the fridge when she wants water. She learned she is not allowed upstairs, and the gate is no longer necessary. She sits at the bottom and has sad eyes for anyone who walks by. We are working on jumping on people/counters and cutting our nails without wiggling at home.

Story
Koda is a 7 year old male. He is neutered and was adopted from Sterling Animal Shelter. Koda gets along with other people but it does take him a few minutes to be able to feel comfortable. He does have anxiety but has improved a lot since adopted. Koda is very silly and always has an appetite. He’s very adventurous and loves exercise. He would be a great hike buddy for someone. Koda is a good listener and would walk without a leash but would benefit from some leash training, while on a leash. He loves looking out the window. Up to date with vaccines. Koda would be best for families with older children. Not sure how Koda is around cats; he’s never had to be around a pet cat. He’s currently with another dog who’s much smaller/ senior dog. Koda tries to initiate play but the dog is much older and isn’t interested.

Story
Ruby is a loving, loyal 7-year-old dog who has been part of our family since she was a puppy. She is affectionate, people-focused, and happiest when she’s near her humans—whether that’s relaxing at home, lying beside you while you work, or heading outside for an adventure. Ruby is crate trained, does well being left alone, and is not an early riser. She is trained with an electric fence and remote collar and has excellent recall. She enjoys walks, hikes, and playing fetch, but she is also perfectly content with a calm, predictable routine and time to roam in a fenced yard. Ruby would do best as the only pet and in a home with older children (10+) or adults only, as young children make her uncomfortable. This has led us to make the very difficult decision to find her a new home where she can feel relaxed and safe. In the right environment, Ruby is an incredibly devoted, easy-going companion who will bring so much love to her next family. 🐾

We adopted Kaylee five years ago when she was about 4 months old and she has been a sweetheart filled with joy. My husbands allergies have gotten to the point where Kaylee needs to find a new home. Please let me know if you have any questions about our girl Kaylee.
