Story
Meet Luna, Luna was rescued when she was about 2 years old, she is full of love and has the gentlest heart. She adores cuddles, playing fetch, and will happily be your shadow around the house. She gets along with her companion dog Jenna who is also up for adoption. She is great with kids, as well as cats. Luna would make a great addition to any home. We are deeply saddened that we have to rehome her. My mother is now in an assisted living facility and can no longer care for the dogs. We want to make sure Luna goes to a wonderful home!

Story
Ruby is a very intelligent dog who will turn 5 in December. I rescued her from the shelter almost 2 years ago. She came to me as a stray with absolutely no training! She is now house broken and knows all her basic commands. She is also pretty polite on a leash and is trained to walk with a loose leash. Ruby has separation anxiety and I work 3 12 hour shifts per week. We recently moved into an apartment due to divorce and she is really struggling here alone for so long. She is very food driven, eager to please, loves going for walks/runs, enjoys snuggles, and has been very good with my other dog and children coming and going. Unknown how she is with cats. Ruby also struggles with urinary incontinence. She is on medication and usually has no issues, unless she gets really scared. She would do well with someone who is home a lot or someone who has the time to work with her separation anxiety.

Esther is lovely companion for a human but she has developed aggression toward our other dog after years of cohabitation with other dogs. She's sweet, gentle, loves to snuggle but is not a Velcro dog.

Say hello to Bella. We adopted this sweet girl in September. She is house trained and needs someone to continue working on her other training needs. She is very cuddly and playful. Unfortunately, she does not get along with our other dog and needs a home where she is the only animal. We will include her crate and toys. We can meet with you so you can see if this ball of love will fit into your home. Right now she can be overly enthusiastic so I’m not sure how she is with small children. She is also very food driven. If you think you can open your home to this sweet girl, let’s meet and see if she is right for you. Again, I highly recommend she be your only animal. Willing to waive the adoption fee for the right applicant. Thanks.

Story
Hazel is a happy, energetic young dog looking for a new home through no fault of her own due to incompatibility with our resident dog. We adopted her in August 2025, and it was clear early on that shelter life had been overwhelming for her. With patience, positive reinforcement, and slow introductions, she has made great progress and continues to build confidence. Hazel is 1 year and 7 months old, weighs about 45 pounds, and is spayed, microchipped, house-trained, and crate trained. She is up to date on all vaccinations and heartworm prevention. Hazel is very smart, food motivated, and eager to learn. She has a high energy level and would thrive in an active household with older children (13+). She enjoys tug-of-war, squeaky toys, and water and loves interactive play. Hazel has a herding-style play and does best with larger dogs that enjoy rough play, such as those she does well with at the dog park. She does not have food aggression and can be vocal when she wants attention.
