FAITH is looking for her forever home!!Rescued from Detroit. She is the sweetest once she knows you are a safe person, and she is starting to open up to new people and becoming more social. She’s a great girl!! She’s about 3 years old. She is still very much puppy and too hyper for a house with a toddler. Unfortunately we don’t have the time to devote to training. She is great with our other dog and loves all dogs, always wants to make new friends. She is good with our female cat but not the male cat. She will lick your face off. She doesn’t know she isn’t a lap dog! She wouldn’t intentionally hurt anyone, she just gets very excited and has zero slow when she goes after something she wants. For that reason not good with infants and toddlers. She knows sit, sometimes stay, lay. She goes in the car wonderfully. Not great on a leash, she wants to explore everything. She has a few extra pounds because she has the man of the house trained for her snacks and she thinks she is the toddlers personal vacuum cleaner. Please give her a good home. This isn’t easy but we love her enough to not have her in another room all the time.

Story
Still looking for a home on June 10. I found Daisy in the fall. She was very skinny, shy and friendly. I took her to the vet and she had heartworm. I wanted to keep her till her heartworm was taken care of. She finished her shots and medication the end of January 2026. She has a check up in a couple months. She is not fixed/ microchipped but we can take care of that if necessary. We have two other dogs one that is blind she was hesitant around, she is protective of her people, she will bark at the other dogs if they try to cuddle with us while she is. She is very well house trained. She loves cuddling, butt scratches, laying under the blanket with you. Jumping in the air to show her excitement. Following around to see if youre getting food for her. She listens very well. She has a big girl bark but does not bark often. I think she would be best as an only dog home, but with proper introduction I think other dogs can work as well.

Story
Cooper is an 8 year old mixed breed (German shepherd, Labrador, bluetick coonhound) and weighs about 35 lbs. He's content to just lay around all day, but still loves to run around and go for walks. Unfortunately, he's grown increasingly grumpy towards our other dog and kids. He growls and/or barks, but has never bitten. We don't want to take our chances. He is also food aggressive towards our other dog. He would do best in a house with no other dogs or young kids.

DeeDee was a rescue when I first met her. She took to me right away and the young adults who had her needed to find a home for her. She has been with me for three years now along with a cat and my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. I estimate she is about 4 years old and under 50 pounds. My circumstances just changed and my new apartment manager won't let me keep her so I have to find her a new home. She doesn't bark or destroy /chew on things. She loves to cuddle and go for walks. She is really good while I am away at work all day. She does like to chew on bones I buy from the pet store. She will come with her bed, leash, dish and winter coat.
