Story
- Oppy and Harley are a bonded pair, please see his adoption profile as well. - Harley is an amazing dog. Her favorite thing is to be lazy on the couch until she wants to get some energy out and then it is to gently rough house with her bigger friend Oppy. Harley was a new puppy when she was first bonded with Oppy, one of the very first things she wanted to do is to jump on his back and try to get on his nerves and it's never changed. Oppy secretly loves it, if she hasn't done it in a while, he will get on her nerves so she will start going. Harley loves car rides, she is a Husky mix so you have to pay attention to her because she will get hot during the summer month. She loves getting in the kitty pool to cool off. Harley has a lot of personality, she is not super affectionate but will lay on the couch/bed with you all day if you want. She is nonchalant about it but she loves her rubs. She gets along very well with my parents 200 pound great dane and loves to play with him as well.

Story
I met Roxie in Texas in 2018 when she was 3 years old. She is a sweet German Shepherd mix weighing about 50 lbs. She's almost 11 years old but has plenty of energy to run and play in the backyard. Her favorite things to do are snuggle and roll around in the grass. Roxie isn't great with young kids or cats, so she would do best with an individual or couple looking for a low maintenance furry friend to love on!

Story
Unfortunately when Daisy she was a puppy she was forced into dog fighting, resulting in her reactivity to other dogs (and we believe cats as well). Shes missing a piece of her ear because of it. She was rescued by a family member when she was about a year old. She did not get along with her dogs, and went to ANOTHER family member. When they were then unable to care for her during a move, we agreed to “foster her” for a short period of time until she was able to bring her home. Now almost 5 months later, the family member does not want Daisy back. We have a 3 year old autistic daughter in an apartment (we are not allowed to have her in), and I’m pregnant with my second. It’s difficult to walk her in a complex with other dogs, and it will soon be even more unsafe for me as my pregnancy goes on. She does AMAZING with my daughter, doesn’t tear anything up. She just needs a family to love her, because all she has to give is love. She’s lazy and loyal, and deserves only the best.

Story
Meet Benny! Benny is an affectionate and energetic puppy born in February 2026. He loves being petted, playing, and meeting new people. Benny’s parents are serving in the military, and their current obligations prevent them from giving him the time and attention a young puppy needs. He is temporarily living with his grandparents while waiting for his forever home. Benny is curious about cats, although the cats he has met were not as excited about him! He also loves children and immediately wants to run and play. Benny is not yet potty trained and will need a patient family willing to provide consistent training, exercise, and structure. His ideal home will have a securely fenced yard where he can safely run and play. Most importantly, Benny needs a loving family with time to give him plenty of attention, affection, playtime, and pets. We are looking for a committed home where Benny will be treated like part of the family.

Story
Nova is looking for her forever home. She’s a medium-to-large girl who can be a little shy when meeting new people or checking out new places, but give her a few minutes (and maybe a couple of treats), and you'll quickly see what a sweetheart she is. Once she warms up, she's affectionate, goofy, and loves being with her people. Some of Nova’s favorite things are; squeaky toys, Benebones, strawberries, apples, chasing her flirt pole, demanding an ice cube anytime you open the freezer, and playing fetch with her rope toy. She also does not adhere to the social laws of personal space when it comes to her people! On walks and in new environments she can get excited when she sees other dogs or new things and sometimes pulls and gets a little vocal, she just wants to say "hi!", but she has made a lot of progress and will undoubtedly continue to improve on this with consistency and time.Nova is a great mix of playful energy and couch potato who is happy to be wherever her people are!
