Story
Zula is a happy, healthy one year old German-shepherd mix breed who was a rescue from Texas last summer (2025). She is very active, loves to run and play, great with kids, has excellent recall, does well at dog parks and enjoys walking in a leash. She is house trained, crate trained and microchipped. The reason for the re-home is she is just too active for our older German shepherd and our small Pomeranian. She could play for hours! They… do not want to. She also gets anxious when left alone and has chewed shoes and kids toys. Otherwise, she’s a really great companion! She will need an owner who likes walks, hikes, and or dog parks so she can get her energy out.

We adopted Luke from a young family who could no longer take care of him. Our understanding is that he is close to 10 years old. Luke is a lover. He needs someone who is home often and able to shower him with affection. He is usually quite calm but still gets excited about chasing balls. Luke likes to wander so he needs a home with a fenced yard.

Story
Truffle (Tuff) a fun, sweet, and loyal dog who absolutely adores her people. Tuff is smart, affectionate, and loves being part of whatever is going on. She enjoys attention, is eager to engage with her family, and brings a lot of personality and joy to everyday life. She does great with kids and other animals. When she gets excited, she can be a little barky and jumpy, but she settles down once she has a chance to calm herself. We’re rehoming Tuff because, despite her many wonderful qualities, she is not safe living with our other dog, Arlo. She has gone after him multiple times and has injured him, so for everyone’s safety, she must be placed in a home without other dogs. This has been an incredibly difficult decision, but we love Tuff and want to find the right environment where she can be successful, happy, and safe. We’re hopeful there is a home out there that will appreciate what a special dog she is and give her the chance to shine.

Who’da was gifted to us by a friend. He’s a year younger than our oldest dog. Over the years he’s become so submissive to the older dog that littermate syndrome has taken over. When they did go to the dog park he got trampled by his older brother to show off. It’s just not a situation that’s improving and we’d like to rehome him to a better fit.

Posting for my brother: I’m a 10-year-old Husky mix with about 40 pounds of fluff, love, and plenty of life left in me. I’ve been with my family my whole life, but they’re moving and sadly can’t take me with them. Now I’m looking for my next forever home. I love people, enjoy playful dogs, and still get excited for hikes, walks, and new adventures. At home, I’m affectionate, easygoing, and happiest just being with my people. One small thing, you’ll want a home without cats. We just aren’t meant to be roommates. If you’re looking for a loyal, loving companion, I’d love to meet you.
