Meet Whimzy Winslow!
Say hello to Whimzy Winslow, a 2-year-old, 10-pound Chiweenie who’s as charming as his name suggests! This little guy may be small, but he’s full of heart, curiosity, and playful energy.
Whimzy came from a tough beginning — a home with over 30 dogs living in poor conditions — but thanks to the efforts of multiple rescues (including ours), he finally has the chance to enjoy the good life. And he’s making the most of it!
He’s housebroken, crate-trained, and learning to use the doggy door. Leash walking is still something he’s figuring out, but with how smart and eager he is, he’s improving every day. Whimzy loves playing with toys and spending time outside — exploring, sniffing, and soaking up the sunshine are some of his favorite things.
At first, Whimzy can be a bit reserved around new people or situations, but once he feels comfortable, he shows his true colors — affectionate, funny, and full of love.
Whimzy Winslow is ready to find a forever family who will give him the patience, kindness, and care he deserves. In return, he’ll be your loyal little shadow and bring endless joy to your days.

We put a lot of time and energy into processing our adoptions to find our babies the best fit home for them and you. Please do not submit an application if you are not serious about adopting.

Our adoption fee is $525. This includes their spay/neuter surgery, full (age appropriate) vaccinations, microchip insertion and registration, deworming, heartworm testing and prevention, flea and tick prevention and travel expenses.
All of our dogs are rescued from local shelters and the general public in Oklahoma. Each dog is then placed in a foster home where he/she is kept for quarantine, to ensure if the dog gets sick it can receive proper treatment. We have foster homes in the NJ/NY area waiting to receive their fosters. Once an animal has received an application or there's an adopter interested, we make arrangements for transport. If a dog is already in foster care in NYC/NJ, an adopter will be put in touch with the foster home AFTER an application is being processed.
