Story
Buddy is an 11 year old sharp pie mix who loves to cuddle, take long naps and just be around his human. He does really well at dog parks and just hanging out in fenced backyards but does have challenges with leash walking because he's a puller and reactive to other dogs, deer, squirrels, cats, etc. He's a great dog who deserves to be with a human who has time and space for Buddy to chill out and enjoy life.

Story
Five-year-old Mason is 25 lbs, sweet, playful, shy, and incredibly cuddly! He is well potty trained, does well on a leash, has excellent recall, loves other dogs and cats, and is exceptionally food-motivated, which makes him very quick to learn new commands. He is equally happy hiking, sunbathing, or cuddling up on the couch. He does well on road trips and planes and is happy to be wherever his humans are. Mason currently takes medication for his seasonal allergies (spring/summer) and will come with enough medication for the season. He has a veterinary insurance plan that can be transferred to a new owner. We are unfortunately rehoming this sweet pup due to increasing anxiety as our toddler becomes more active. Mason does bark for 1-3 minutes when guests enter the home (part dachshund, so he’s protective), but quickly settles and becomes affectionate. He would do best in a low-traffic home without young children. If you’re looking for a devoted companion, Mason is the boy for you.

Story
We adopted pancake 6 years ago from the humane society, we believe she is 9. She is a total love bug and is happiest when sitting on your lap or cuddled up next to you. Unfortunately she has not been getting along with our other senior dog and now that we have a baby it's too much to manage. She was diagnosed with glaucoma earlier this year and had one eye removed. She is on medication to slow the progression in her other eye, but it will eventually need to be removed. She is potty trained but will go on a pee pad if unable to be taken outside. She is shy around strangers and prefers her family. Ideal family wouldn't have other pets and able to shower her with love and attention.

Story
Nellie is a sweet 6 year old girl but has anxiety. She has trouble adjusting to new people but warms up quickly. She is house trained and finds a safe place in her crate. I’m hoping we can find a home that can give her the love and attention she needs to feel calm and fill the rest of her life with peace and joy. She is originally from Colorado but has lived in 4 states total. She has spent time in California, DC, Colorado and now Washington. She is the best travel buddy and will spend her time looking at the views from her window.

Story
Daisy is truly a very good dog. I am moving into a smaller apartment and I do not think it’s fair for her to be in a smaller apartment. I don’t like that I am posting this, but I want her to have a great life. Daisy loves dogs and children. She will. Bark at other dogs until she can sniff them (she is quite literally all bark and no bite). She’s not been around cats, I would like to assume she’d be good around them, but don’t want to guarantee. Daisy is also potty trained, she is still a puppy. She’s only about a year old, so I won’t promise she won’t have a few accidents. She will want to be your shadow. She wants to always be around you no matter what room you are in. Even the restroom. She’s a goofy dog with a fun personality. She does not have her rabies shot. Though I am willing to pay for that due to it being my fault she doesn’t. Like I said, it breaks my heart having to do this. But I want her to be loved and happy just like she deserves.

Story
He’s a great dog overall. About five years old and loves anything outdoors- swimming, hiking, playing ball, etc. He does get nervous with new people and dogs. He will growl and bark but he will warm up! I need him rehomed ASAP. He doesn’t do good with my one year old and I’m expecting another here in a couple months. He’s not up to date on his shots because I can’t afford them. I also just can’t afford to keep him.

Story
**Please note this is pet is currently out of town pet but we will transport this pet to you when adopted. All fees listed include transport fees.** Meet Moon! Moon Hunter is a gentle 5-year-old Chihuahua mix weighing 14 pounds, with a soft, quiet charm and a sweet, steady presence. She can be a little reserved when meeting new people and prefers to take her time getting comfortable, but once she trusts you, she reveals a deeply affectionate and loyal nature. She gets along well with kids, cats, and other dogs, and carries herself with an easy, calm friendliness once she’s settled in. Moon Hunter enjoys peaceful companionship—she’s just as happy relaxing nearby as she is going for a calm stroll by your side.
