Story
Padfoot was adopted from the Wilco Animal Shelter when she was just 4 months old in September. She is now 8 months, and is such a puppy. She loves cuddles, tug-o-war, and anything she can chew on. However, with my schedule, I can’t give her the time to play. So… if you have the time/ energy to take care of a puppy, she’d be happy to have you as her family.

Story
Charlie is an older dog, about 12 years old and is a cross breed between a German shepherd and a Labrador. She is very smart and learns quickly. She adopts to any adult and children but works and listens to adults better than children. She loves to have her belly rubbed. Charlie is food jealous and doesn’t like to share her food with other pets. She is also very protective of the house and will bark but will not bite. Her ideal home would need to have a yard and access to inside since she is an inside dog that is trained. She loves the outdoors and loves to run but will not run at other dogs and will not bark while being walked. Very well trained when walking outside. She is very loyal that first she will wait by the gate, rain or shine, waiting for her owner. With trust she will learn to trust new owner and responds very well to snacks and food. She loves to be taken for rides and at times will not want to get out of the car but peanut butter will do.

Rescue from Austin Animal Shelter. He is about 7 years old, adopted as a stray at 2. On medication for low thyroid. Sweet dog that loves to be around other dogs. Highly treat motivated. Would not recommend around small children as he is big and clumsy.

She’s sweet, intelligent, fully house- and crate-trained, and knows many commands (sit, stay, shake, spin, dance, play dead). Piper loves peaceful walks, cozy couch time, and being close to her person. She’s vocal and enjoys “talking back,” which only adds to her charm. Piper thrives in a quiet, structured home. Due to recent life changes, she’s now around toddlers and babies and has shown discomfort with small children. While she has never bitten anyone, she needs a child-free home for everyone’s safety and her happiness. She would also do best as an only dog. Currently, Piper spends much of her day crated, which isn’t fair to such a loving, loyal dog.
