Meet Sully — a charming, family-friendly gentle giant who's a lover through and through. He's a big, fluffy teddy bear, literally, and he's as gentle and sweet as he looks. Sully loves to be loved on, and he's people-motivated to the core — he just wants to be wherever you are. He comes when called or whenever he hears his people, and he'll sit for a jerky treat. He's potty trained, leash trained, and crate trained, doesn't bark, and doesn't get into things he shouldn't. An easy, easy companion. His favorite spot is the cold floor with the A/C on. No bed needed — he says they're too hot anyway. Sully is a committed couch potato who doesn't care for the heat, doesn't want to be outside in it for more than two minutes, and isn't one for much exercise. He's an all-around chill guy who's easy to manage. He's good with other dogs, too. He doesn't care to play, but he's friendly and relaxed around them. One honest heads-up: there's drool. Lots of it. There's never a bad day with our Davey around... ...or at the very least he'll sure make you feel a whole heck of a lot better. You see Davey has one of those happily contagious personalities that immediately brings a smile to your face. He is a friendly, gregarious, intelligent and super sweet Anatolian Shepherd mix who just outright loves everyone of all ages alike. Davey has never met a stranger and he'll readily initiate you into his "Oh What a Joyous Day! Club" if you'll let him. 🥳 Davey was found by an Ellis County municipal Animal Control at the local Walmart. He remained at their shelter unclaimed for two months - a hard thing for any puppy but harder still for a big pup. He quickly became a staff favorite though and enjoyed his daily yard time playing with the other shelter dogs when given the chance But Davey needed a real opportunity to bring his engaging personality into the limelight and so here he is now with Flying B - we're hoping to give him those wings which will allow him to fly into his right home this time. Davey is is approximately 10 months old, 85 lbs, housebroken, walks well on a leash, rides well in a car, fully vetted & neutered. He still needs monitoring indoors as his nose is counter high and he still falls victim to temptation occasionally. So tempting foods will need to be safely put away and kept out of his reach as he continues to learn. Ready to make an investment in happiness? Oliver’s story is nothing short of remarkable. He was rescued from the side of I-45, scared and scruffy, but has since blossomed into a soft-coated, golden-furred lovebug who is ready for his forever home. At 2.5 years old and weighing around 70 lbs, we've taken all the hard work out raising a puppy. One of his siblings was DNA tested and came back 67% Great Pyrenees and 33% German Shepherd, and that mix fits him perfectly. He has the gentle, affectionate nature of a Pyrenees paired with the loyal, people-focused personality of a Shepherd. He even sports a cute curl in his tail. No double dew claws here, just extra charm.
