Bailey is proof that sometimes the best things in life are found wandering down the street! This beautiful girl was discovered roaming the streets of Corsicana, with no microchip and, sadly, nobody coming forward to claim her. Their loss is about to be someone else’s very good fortune!
At approximately one year old and 52 pounds, Bailey is our best guess at a Brittany Spaniel/Aussie mix. Whatever her ingredients, the recipe turned out pretty darn good!
Bailey has been enjoying the comforts of foster life for the past three months, and she’s got the house-dog thing figured out. She’s 100% housetrained, hasn’t had a single accident, and has earned the privilege of free-roaming the house during the day. No chewing, no redecorating, no mysterious household disappearances. She even sleeps through the night. Her only real objection? The crate. Bailey would like to formally file a complaint against it.
She’s gotten along beautifully with small and medium-sized dogs and has also shared space with a cat. She’s a pretty mellow girl, so she’d probably appreciate a home with other dogs who are more into leisurely companionship than Olympic-level wrestling matches.
And don’t let that laid-back personality fool you. Bailey is a smart cookie! She just needs someone willing to give her a little time, teach her the house rules, and let her show off how quickly she can learn.
Bailey is spayed, current on vaccines, and ready to trade her wandering-the-streets days for a permanent address, a comfy bed, and people who think she’s pretty special.

Our application is thorough but there are no right or wrong answers - we just want to make sure you and the pet are the perfect match. Once we receive your application, we will schedule a phone interview. Our adoptions include a 2-week trial period with fully refundable adoption fees during that period.
If you are located outside of Texas, we offer transportation services and have happy families as references. We value transparency, so don’t be afraid to ask us anything.
