Originally adopted into a loving multi-dog home, Ziggy found himself a bit overwhelmed and unsure of his place. Now, he’s ready to take center stage in a home that can give him the structure and clarity he needs to shine truly. This young, playful guy is equal parts fun and focus. Ziggy lives for a good game, but what really makes him special is his love for having a job—he thrives on training, boundaries, and clear expectations. Guide him, and he’ll give you his whole heart (plus a happy dance and tail wag). He’s always up for playtime in the yard with his favorite toys, but he’s just as happy snuggling up on the sofa after a job well done. Meet Bruce! He’s a handsome 3-year-old neutered male Anatolian Shepherd mix weighing 64 lbs, who came in as a stray on 2/12. Bruce has the most loving, gentle, and calming personality—you can’t help but smile when he’s around. He walks nicely on a leash, takes treats gently, and loves to nuzzle in for plenty of pets and kisses. With his laid-back nature, he enjoys lounging in the sunshine in the play yard or cuddling up for belly rubs. He’s quickly become a staff and shelter favorite, always wagging his tail and waiting for pets when he spots familiar faces. He is patient while being brushed too. Bruce shows little interest in some barking dogs but engages with others, so he may do best as the only dog in the home. If you have another pet, the shelter recommends a dog test. This big lovebug dreams of a secure yard to relax in, but more than anything, he wants to be indoors with his human companions. Come meet Bruce!
