Meet Nubly!
Nubly is an adorable 1 year old Pekingese/Shih Tzu mix, weighing around 8 pounds, and she is ready to find a family who will continue helping her grow into the wonderful young pup she is meant to be!
Like many young dogs her age, Nubly is still learning all about the world and working on her puppy skills. She is currently practicing her leash walking, house training, and crate training. Her foster home has a doggy door, and Nubly has already learned how to use it, which is a great start and should help make the transition to her forever home a little easier!
Nubly is a social little girl who gets along well with other dogs and does good with cats. Having a furry friend around may be something she really enjoys as she continues learning and gaining confidence.
One thing her future family should know is that Nubly can be a little mouthy when she is picked up. She is still learning appropriate ways to communicate and will need patience, consistency, and gentle guidance as she learns that hands and handling are nothing to worry about. With continued training and positive reinforcement, this is another skill she can work on as she grows.
Nubly is still very much a young pup, and she has so much potential! She just needs a family willing to continue teaching her, celebrate her progress, and give her the structure and patience she needs to become the wonderful companion we know she can be.

We put a lot of time and energy into processing our adoptions to find our babies the best fit home for them and you. Please do not submit an application if you are not serious about adopting.

Our adoption fee is $650. This includes their spay/neuter surgery, full (age appropriate) vaccinations, microchip insertion and registration, deworming, heartworm testing and prevention, flea and tick prevention and travel expenses.
All of our dogs are rescued from local shelters and the general public in Oklahoma. Each dog is then placed in a foster home where he/she is kept for quarantine, to ensure if the dog gets sick it can receive proper treatment. Once an animal has received an application or there's an adopter interested, we make arrangements for transport. If a dog is already in foster care in NYC/NJ/OR, an adopter will be put in touch with the foster home AFTER an application is being processed.
