He was loved and well cared for until his Owner’s dementia interfered with caring for both of them. He is now fostered with several dogs and a bit overwhelmed but doing well, he wouldn’t mind being an only child again. He likes showing off his tricks and being the center of attention. Toby likes going on walks and car rides. Breed guess is Pekingese & Jack Russel Mix. Just 18 lbs with an irresistible fluffy curly tail.
