Persian kittens & cats in Lafayette, Colorado

Yo-Yo Sam, named after the notorious Yosemite Sam for his long and glorious mustache is looking for his forever home. He's the softest, purri-est, rip-roaring gato that has ever roamed the West. And despite being a Persian, he definitely roamed the West being found abandoned outside in Texas in a condition we like to kindly refer to as "a hot mess." He had fleas, ringworm, a yeast infection in his ears, a cut arm that required stiches, and knots galore. He came to Mother Gaia where we got him all cleaned up and back to his normal Persian behavior of looking beautiful and accepting admiration.  The only trick is that Yo-Yo Sam is not quite the usual Persian. The usual Persian loves to lounge, be admired, occassionally talk, and is friendly to everyone. Well, Yo-Yo Sam does all those things but he also does some "real cat" things too like jumping to high locations and stealing food. Particularly bread. He will rip a slice of bread right out of your hands when you least expected a tiny furry creature with a ridiculous white mustache to do anything athletic or naughty at all.  Sam loves everyone and everything. He cannot get enough human attention. He loves other cats. And oddly enough, he really, really, really loves dogs. He runs up to greet dogs, flings his tiny body against them for head butts and affectionate greetings and then continues on his way leaving the canine species entirely confused about what this weirdo cat just did.  Sam would like us to note that in addition to his favorite food being bread, he also really enjoys fish flavored wet food and anything labeled "salmon", "shrimp" or "crab." Its not his fault he has sophisticated taste - its in his genes. He does have a bit of a sensitive stomach but as long as he is maintained on his current wet food, he does just fine.  Sam is up to date on vaccines, flea-free, ringworm-free, yeast-free, and putting on weight. He is microchipped to prevent another adventure in the great wild outdoors. And he is ready to come home and be an integral part of your family: greeting everyone, having friendly (or sometimes demanding) conversation, finishing up any spare bread sitting around, and being one of the most spectacular mustaches Persians that ever lived.  ##2868181##

My name is CHANEL. I am a 4 year old mixed Persian Long hair Cat. I am spayed and I think my shots are up to date. I am INDOOR cat only. I have a cat sister and dog brother and I think I may be happier in a house with no other pets or maybe pets that are older. I am super mature and don’t really like to be around small children as they frighten me. Wherever I may go I will probably need to remain long haired because grooming scares me a lot. I am super loving and love attention but only when I say so. Looking for a stress free home 🏠

Mom cat will get spayed and we took in the kittens to Feline Matchmakers Colorado. Right now they are very young and we are looking for a Foster until at least November 8, 2026 or a Foster-To-Adopt situation. They must stay together for now. They are a bit shy and need further socialization, but they are already learning quickly. They will need a quarantine space away from other animals as they have not had all vaccines yet. Java is a male and Kopi Luwak is a female. These little coffee beans are going to turn in to georgous cats! Upon adoption, they are $250 each or $400 for the pair. They will be fixed, chipped, dewormed and have age appropriate vaccines. If interested in adoption, even though it's a foster situation first, fill in the adoption application. Smokey Jo is a bashful and loving cat. Essentially an anxious princess angel sweetheart. Possibly the cutest cat to ever exist. She loves people, and will follow you room to room. However, due to early experiences as a kitten, she is a bit anxious. She is not skittish, instead she just wants to know you won't run after her and scoop her up out of nowhere. In fact, Smokey will follow you from room to room, she loves to keep her person company. And there will be times where Smokey Jo will pester you with nibbles until you pet her within an inch of her life. She is amazing. That is all. Smokey flourishes with patience and consistency. She deserves all the doting love someone can give her. A sweet grandma that takes the time to knit Smokey hats is the energy we are hoping for her future. Because of her anxiety Smokey can develop urinary crystals at times, and has a sensitive stomach and urinary tract. As long as she is kept on her special urinary diet and in a peaceful home, she is fine.
