Koten and Loz are 2 stunning pure bred Persians purchased from a filthy pet store just to get the kittens out of there. They are approximately 7 months old, Koten is very white with grey coloring on his head and his big fluffy tail. Loz is more white and black. These boys are incredibly friendly and loving. They like to be held and brushed. They sure can play with toys and their new feline foster friends. We want the boys to go to families very experienced in caring for Persians or long haired breeds. It is imperative their fur and eyes be maintained. Fostered in Fairfax, VA

Sam is a gorgeous, young, long haired orange and white young adult we are thrilled to have with us. He was rescued as a kitten from the mean streets and ended up living with a kind lady. Sadly, she has cancer so Sam and 6 other long haired boys need to find new homes. Sam has that thick deep orange fur that is almost bronze in color. He is a very sweet and calm cat. He likes to be brushed. Gets along beautifully with other cats. We would like to see Sam in a home with one of his brothers or with another nice calm cat. Fostered in Fairfax, VA

Randy is a gorgeous all white part Persian young boy we are so happy to have with our rescue. Life hasn’t been good to Randy. He was left on the streets to fend for himself . He is safe now! Randy has stunning light greenish yellow eyes coupled with wispy cottony long white fur making him movie star handsome. He is a very sweet calm young cat who gets along well with other cats. It took him a bit to feel comfortable with us but he is healthy and ready for prime time. We would like to see Randy in a home experienced in caring for long haired cats or dogs. Regular grooming is required to maintain a nice coat with Persians. Fostered in Fairfax, VA

Manny is a stunning medium to long hair male cat rescued off the mean streets. He is safe now. Manny has the most fluffy ruff that surrounds his face. Could be some Maine coon in him. Part Persian. Not sure. Manny has never met a human or cat he does not like. He craves attention. Can be a bit needy at first. Boy, can he play. He needs a large space with a lot of activity. He was in a small apartment for a month and the family realized he has to be able to run around and explore. Extremely active. Manny needs stimulation so another active cat is paramount. He will do great with kids and probably a dog. Fostered in Fairfax, VA

Lucy is the sweetest, most affectionate little girl who just wants to be close to her people. She’ll curl up right beside you, purr as loudly as she can, and happily drift off to sleep.  She also has a playful side and loves to have fun! When you come home, don’t be surprised if Lucy greets you with adorable little meows.  Lucy is confident and curious—new people and unfamiliar sounds don’t scare her. She’s always ready to investigate and see what’s going on! Meet Moon and Carmella: A Loving Persian Pair with a Story of Hope Moon and Carmella are a beautiful, affectionate bonded pair who are ready to find a forever home together. Approximately one year old, these girls are social, playful, people-loving companions who bring twice the purrs, cuddles, and joy. Their story began in Egypt, where they belonged to a devoted animal rescuer. After being diagnosed with serious cancer, their beloved owner could no longer care for all of her animals. Although giving them up broke her heart, she entrusted Moon and Carmella to another rescuer so they could be safe, loved, and cared for. Her greatest wish is to know they are happy in a wonderful home. Now fostered in Northern Virginia, Moon and Carmella quickly make themselves at home. Once settled, they enjoy greeting visitors, exploring, playing, and joining in family life. Moon is a striking smoke gray beauty with a fluffy coat and white highlights. She loves being petted and may even reach out to pull your hand back when you stop. Carmella is a gorgeous orange girl with a plush coat and golden eyes who never meets a stranger. These best friends love interactive play, investigating their surroundings, and snuggling together when the fun is over. They must be adopted as a bonded pair. Because of their Persian-type coats, Moon and Carmella need regular grooming to prevent mats and keep them healthy. Preference will be given to adopters with Persian or long-haired cat experience. They are spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, fully vetted, combo tested, and have excellent litter box habits. Moon and Carmella are fostered in Burke, Virginia. Their adoption fee is $350 each, or $700 for the pair. Their Egyptian and American rescuers care deeply about them and would appreciate occasional updates after adoption.
