Story
Bruno is a 10+ year-old Pitbull who has been a beloved part of our family for many years. Due to unforeseen circumstances, my mom has had to move out of her home of 15 years into a much smaller apartment where she is unfortunately no longer able to keep him. Bruno is incredibly friendly, gentle, and well-socialized. He has been raised around children and has lived peacefully with smaller dogs, including Poodles and Yorkies, his entire life. He is currently living with some cancer tumors and has undergone surgeries and ongoing treatment to keep him comfortable. Some days are hard for him but he is still very active, loving, and enjoys being around people. We are trying to avoid surrendering him to a shelter, as we are concerned about the likelihood of him being misunderstood due to his breed and condition. Our goal is to find him a compassionate home or rescue where he can live out the rest of his life with dignity, comfort, and care.

Bella was rescued as a puppy. She grew up with three dogs, 2 pugs and one other pit mix. She also grew up with my 5 year old son. She is very sweet. Never aggressive. Can walk without a leash. Trained. She is a great dog. I am moving states and where I am moving doesnt accept dogs. She deserves a good home. She is an amazing dog.

Papa’s is a very friendly, loving, and intelligent young dog. He is approximately 10 months to 1 year old and is a German Shepherd–Husky mix. Papa’s has been neutered, microchipped, and is up to date on his rabies and DA2PP vaccinations. He gets along well with small to medium-sized dogs with proper introductions. He has also been around cats and does well, though continued training would be beneficial. Papa’s has received basic training—he knows sit and come, and is currently working on paw. He is fully crate trained, sleeps in his crate overnight, and has had no potty accidents. Papa’s enjoys playing with squeaky toys, especially squeaky balls, and will happily entertain himself playing fetch on his own. He walks well on a leash but would benefit from additional regular walks. Inside the home, he is calm and well-mannered, often laying down quietly with other dogs and cats. He is very affectionate and loves being petted. One of his favorite things to do is rest his head on your lap and look up at you, soaking up attention. Papa’s would make a wonderful companion for a family looking for a loyal, gentle, and loving dog.

Story
Masha arrived with us in early March. She’s an amazing 7-month-old German Shepherd mix, weighing about 35 lbs and likely to remain on the smaller side.   She was rescued after being physically abused and abandoned in a crate in the hot sun. When found she had a black eye, a fractured cheekbone, and was covered in blood. Despite this traumatic start, Masha has shown tremendous resilience.   Masha responds very well to structure and training. She loves being part of a pack, adapts quickly to routines, and transitioned from apartment life to going potty outside with ease. She enjoys walks, exploring, and learning new things. She’s intelligent, athletic, non-reactive on leash, and has excellent situational awareness. Masha is a quick learner who needs physical and mental enrichment to thrive. Masha is currently completing one-on-one training lessons at Petco.   Ideal home: someone with experience handling large-breed energy, who can be home during the day or provide consistent companionship, and who has other dogs and a commitment to ongoing training and structure. Although petite, she shows large-dog tendencies. She tolerates cats and likes to chase them. She is not a good fit for apartment living without a yard or for a household that must leave her alone for long workdays.
