Story
On Valentine’s Day 2023 I rescued Dizzy’s mom from a shelter, and, little did I know, she was pregnant! A month later she gave birth to 4 puppies! I have devoted a year to them and they are ready for their forever homes. Dizzy is the baby but the biggest of the litter! Dizzy is the sweetest boy you will ever meet. He is very tolerant of getting hugs and kisses, which is a good thing because he is irresistible and lovable and loves to give lots of kisses right back! Dizzy loves walks and hikes and trips to the beach. It is strongly recommended he live with an active family, but he is good at resting and relaxing at home when needed. He’s a year old which makes him a teenager, meaning he will continue to need guidance with boundary setting so some experience with dogs is ideal. He is very trainable and is a great listener when given commands. A home with a yard is a must. Dizzy is a very good boy and his forever family will be very lucky!

This boy is amazing. He is handsome ( has one brown and one blue eyes), loving, happy dog of approximately 1 year 6 months. All he needs is a loving human or a family. My daughter and him run and play a lot. He knows his name, he knows how to sit and to listen. If you pet him, he will be quiet and will try to lick you saying " thank you" . He is really in need of a friend and love. I am fostering him and need to move to a new place and unfortunately can't keep him anymore:(

FOSTER/ADOPT STRONGHEART *courtesy post for the amazing staff who saved his life This 5 year old baby is a victim of abuse He was dropped off at Ohana veterinary clinic to be euthanized by his “owners”.  It was all admitted to the vet that the husband of the household was an abusive alcoholic and would come home and act aggressive toward him and the wife. He would kick this sweet boy repeatedly. The wife said that when her husband would beat her, Strongheart would try to protect her…leading to him getting the brunt of the husband’s rage.  Anytime the husband would go near him, he would kick him. She admitted all of this at the vet.  The husband insisted on having her bring him in to be euthanized but the staff over at Ohana refused to do so and instead they had the owners sign over rights to them. There’s no way this boy’s story can end here.  Humans who were supposed to protect and love him did the opposite.  This is what the staff at Ohana say about him“He’s the best boy in the world! Super obedient, loves walks, and affection. However, he’s had so much built up anxiety being in the cage and isn’t doing well in there. He started chewing on himself, constant crying, and is losing weight from depression.But can you blame him? He’s wondering why he’s in a cage now.” Let’s please find this boy a home or a foster immediately   ##1616169##

Tilly is the sweetest and silliest girl! She loves playing and loves everyone! Great with other dogs as well:) Fully potty trained and crate trained and knows all basic commands. Tilly has been staying with one of our trainers for board-and-train, where she has been training on obedience and socializing with dogs of all temperaments. Tilly was recently featured on the Dodo on their Dream Date series with Maggie Q! Tilly is an absolute love, she has a ton of energy, loves an active lifestyle and loves making friends with other dogs. Tilly is about 1 1/2 years old and 40 pounds, she is on the smaller side for a shepherd but displays a lot of shepherd behaviors- loves her people, has a lot of soul in her eyes and loves to work! She deserves the best home. ##1728852##

Story
  Her name is Luna, she’s fixed, up to date with all of her shots, and is around 3-4 years old. Beginning of last year, some heartless person dumped her and her 9 newborn puppies in the freezing cold in Riverside. Thankfully, someone found her and I took her and her puppies in. After 3 months, I found all of the puppies amazing homes.  Luna is the most loving dog with people. She’s super independent when she’s home alone, she’s potty trained, very food motivated, loves giving kisses, and the majority of the time she’s keeping guard by the front door like the photo below. When Luna came to me, she was so skinny, her ribs were sticking out which is why I chose to foster her for a while to get her back to a healthy weight and to make sure she felt safe. I have fallen in love with her. It breaks my heart knowing I can’t keep her but unfortunately, she doesn’t get along with other dogs. I have a dog and cat that I’ve had to keep her separated from.  Please help me find the best home for her. I also Included some photos with her and her puppies because she was such a good Mama! ##1755241##
