Zox was trained in the Colorado Women’s prison. She is very intelligent and loving. Shes a healthy athletic 10 yrs old so not needy or too agro. Her zoomies are behind her. She’s crate trained and treat motivated. Teach her new tricks!!! Her lift is her fear aggression with other dogs. Her gift is her open heart and expansive brain. She lives to serve and love people. She’s the full package for the right home.

SAMMY, Male German Shepherd 8 years DOB: September 10th, 2017, neutered *Loyal, good nature, a willing learner, must be kept busy *Looking for strong, active new owner who will provide consistent training with daily exercise and challenges. *Looking for spacious living quarters and backyard opportunities to run loose. *Reason for transfer of ownership: Sammy's master died, the other master is a widow, senior lady, not able to continue providing Sammy with the living conditions he needs. Medical history: *Perianal fistula (GS are predisposed) in 2022 treated and resolved. *Occasional mucous diarrhea (sensitive gut) self-resolving, not requiring treatment. *Diet: regular dog food including one serving of rice with broth, possibly chopped meat. Medication: Dewormer Interceptor plus, flea med Frontline, Tacrolimus ointment 0.1% three times a week to rectal area (as a prevention).

He can be a little nervous when meeting new people, but give him a bit of time and you'll see him warm up into a sweet, affectionate companion. Zay's favorite pastime is carrying around his toys-lovingly known as "his babies"-and he takes that job very seriously. Once he feels comfortable, his playful, gentle nature really shines.
