We have an 8 year old Shih Tzu that she has started attacking. She get along great with our two female Labs, our daughter's Border Collie mix and they play all day long. This is breaking our hearts because we adore her. Storm enjoys walks, going to the dog park and going to Chatfield. Thank you

Hello! My name is Ranger, and I’m a loving and loyal Siberian Husky who loves to be out and about and exercising and exploring the world every chance I can get! I have been a wonderful pup for my mom and dad, but unfortunately with their updated lives and new young human kiddos in their lives (and more on the way), I have sadly just not been able to get the amount of time needed to just “be a husky” and mom and dad have had to make a long and very difficult decision to find me a loving new home that can help me be an active dog again. I’m a very very happy dog that gets along wonderfully with any other dog and person and has literally never hurt a fly, but I do require a lot of activity and exercise and definitely would want to be with a loving family that knows what it means to take care of a husky! What we know: Brought in as a stray and initially aged at 5 months old, but after reviewing prior records, it was determined he had been neutered 2.5 years ago and was re-aged accordingly. Transferred from Operation Kindness in Texas. *Koda does not attend adoption events unless there is a confirmed potential adopter who would like to meet him. Please email info@coloradopuppy.org to plan a meet and greet.* From the foster: **UPDATE July 1st: Koda was adopted briefly, but never fully settled into his adoptive home; upon one of his humans leaving for a trip, the second human attempted to leash him for a potty break and he became terrified, ultimately fear-biting them. Koda went back to his foster home the next day and has begun to re-acclimate. He is still struggling with leashing, is most successful when free-roaming his fenced yard, and with other dogs. We think he'll be most likely to open-up in an adoptive home that has both of those things, and his adopters should be prepared to give him ample time to feel comfortable and seek attention on his own timeline. This is Koda. He is seeking a very loyal long-term best friend and pack of his own. Koda is blossoming into a happy and playful pup. With lots of love and consistency, he will be a brand new guy! He may need to explore the world in his ThunderShirt and get carried around occasionally but he will look darn cute doing it. He’ll need a lot of time in his new home to adjust. What we know: Litter of 2 surrendered locally because owner was moving out of state. The pair was surrendered at ~5.5 months old. Benji has a crooked jaw and was reportedly born with it that way. CPR is going to have it X-rayed before Benji will be ready for adopted to confirm further care isn't needed. From the foster: Meet Benji, the blue-eyed pup with a heart-stealing charm and a jaw that’s as unique as his personality! This little guy might start off a bit shy, but once you win his trust, you’ll uncover a gentle soul ready to shower you with love. Benji is a potty-training pro, though he’s still working on his leash-walking skills. He’s a crate champion by day and a snuggle bug by night, cozying up with his favorite humans.
