Story
I adopted Johanna from the KC Pet Project back in April. She is five years old, but otherwise I don't know much about her history. She was found as a stray. She is VERY smart, excited, and eager to please her owner. She needs problems to solve and lots of exercise. She loves cuddling and being in your space. She is not good with other dogs, so she needs to be in a home where it's just her. I do not know how she does with kids, but she really loves people and wants to play - walks, tug of war, tearing up a stuffed animal. She is house trained and picks up on commands quickly. She has a lot of energy. I would otherwise keep her, but have found I don't have the space or time in my day to day life to give her what she needs.

Story
Girvyn is a great dog, We’ve had him since he was a puppy, and it breaks our heart to do this but our lives have changed in a lot of unpredictable ways that has led to us not being able to give him the attention and exercise and stimulation that he needs and I can tell it’s affecting him. He knows his basic commands, is great with my kids, and really loves to play with other dogs. He is just very high energy being a Pitsky and needs someone that can spend a lot of time taking him to parks or on walks and hikes or some kind of exercise. He deserves more than sitting in the house most of the time. We’re willing to keep him until we find the perfect home for him.

Story
We rescued Sake from a shelter so we could find him a better home. He is very energetic and playful but also shows a lot of love and like to cuddle a lot when he is settled down. He’s very friendly towards other dogs and people and is in very good health. We don’t know much about his prior history but we do know that he came into the shelter we rescued him from as a stray. We would really like to find him a good home as soon as possible due to our schedules being a bit too busy for caring for two dogs.

Story
Hi there-Im Rex

Im a 2-year-old German Shepherd mix with a big heart and lots of energy to share. I can be a little shy when we first meet&#44 but give me a moment and Id love the chance to get to know you. Once I feel comfortable&#44 my loyal and affectionate side really shines.

Im an active young guy who would be thrilled to have a human partner for hikes&#44 runs&#44 or a good game of fetch-especially if tennis balls are involved! Because Im still young and strong&#44 obedience classes would be a fantastic way for us to bond while helping me learn how to be the most polite gentleman I can be. Im smart and eager to learn-I just need someone to guide me.

I really adore people and prefer their company over other dogs&#44 so Id be happiest as your one-and-only furry companion. If youre looking for a devoted adventure buddy who will grow into an amazing partner with a little patience and love&#44 I might just be your guy.

Come meet me-Id love to start our journey together
