Story
Meet Little Bit 💙🐾 Little Bit is a 2-month-old Husky mix puppy with a whole lot of love packed into one tiny fluffy body. He’s playful, affectionate, curious, and always excited to be part of whatever his people are doing. This sweet boy is doing amazing for his age and is already very close to being fully potty trained. He loves attention, bonding time, and exploring the world around him. He’s great with kids, does well with other animals, and truly thrives when he has another friendly dog around to help him feel safe and confident. Like many puppies his age, Little Bit can be vocal if left alone while awake, but he settles much better with a canine companion nearby. Because of this, he would do best in a home with another playful and social dog. Little Bit is still just a baby learning the world, but he’s already showing what a loving and special companion he’s going to be. 💙 🐾 Dog friendly 🐾 Kid friendly 🐾 Nearly potty trained 🐾 Affectionate & playful 🐾 Best with another dog companion Please consider giving this sweetheart a chance to be your companion for life. ----------------------------------------- If you’re interested in adopting, please apply online at mscrescue.org/adopt. Story
Harley is a 6-year-old German Shepherd/Red Heeler mix who has the whole package: calm, loyal, smart, and deeply devoted to her people. She is house-trained, crate-trained, knows her commands, and settles beautifully in the home. She enjoys her daily walks, her toys, and above all, being close to her humans. A true Velcro dog, she loves nothing more than quietly sticking by your side. Harley can be a bit reserved with men and loves to protect her human. When she is feeling unsure or scared, she may bark or growl out of fear, but with slow, positive introductions, she warms up wonderfully. In her foster home, she absolutely adores her foster dad and teenage foster brother, showing just how loving and loyal she becomes once she feels safe. She gets along with other dogs and is in foster with dogs of various sizes and personalities. She may show herding instincts, so a home with older children and no cats would be best for her. Harley is available through our Foster-to-Adopt program, giving you the chance to get to know her and see just how special she is. If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate companion who will stick by your side through everything, Harley just might be your perfect match. ----------------------------------------- If you’re interested in adopting, please apply online at mscrescue.org/adopt. Story
Meet Big Girl 🤍 Big Girl is a 2-month-old Husky mix with a curious personality, adorable puppy antics, and a sweet nature that makes her easy to love. She’s settling into foster care beautifully and already showing everyone what a fun little companion she’s going to be. This girl loves being part of whatever is going on. If the family is relaxing, she’s happy to lounge nearby and quietly hang out. But the second people start moving around? Big Girl is ready to join the fun and turn it into playtime. She’s playful without being overly wild and has a nice balance of puppy energy and calm moments. Big Girl is social, confident, and eager to say hello to new people with a wagging tail. She’s done well meeting kids and has gotten along nicely with her foster’s resident dog. Like any puppy, she’s still learning dog manners and boundaries, but she responds well when corrected. She hasn’t officially met the resident cat yet, so we’re still learning more there. She’s learning all about home life and is already making progress with potty training. Her foster family takes her out regularly, and she has also used puppy pads a few times. She currently stays in a gated kitchen area with an open kennel when left alone and is adjusting well overall — though she has recently discovered that chair legs look suspiciously chewable, so plenty of toys are a must for this growing girl. 😅 At night, Big Girl has been sleeping in her foster sister’s bed and loves being close to her people. She may whine a little when someone leaves the room or car, but she settles fairly quickly once reassured. She’s also getting more comfortable riding in the car and seems happiest curled up in someone’s lap looking out the window. She’s working on “sit” and “stay,” walks nicely on leash for her age, and doesn’t mind wearing one at all — though she does like to weave right in front of you like a tiny little herding dog. She has no resource guarding behaviors and has shown herself to be a thoughtful, observant puppy who reads the energy around her well. One of the cutest things about Big Girl? Her silly little puppy moments. Whether she’s chasing her tail, nibbling on her own feet, or bouncing around with her toys, she’s constantly doing something to make you smile. Big Girl is looking for a family ready for all the fun, learning, and love that comes with raising a puppy. She’s sweet, social, playful, and already proving she’s going to grow into an amazing companion. 💕 ----------------------------------------- If you’re interested in adopting, please apply online at mscrescue.org/adopt.
