Story
Sandi is a very energetic and friendly pup. She is currently 11 months old. She was born on June 5, 2026. She loves playing with other dogs and cats. I have two cats but they do not like her. Everyday Sandi chases after them trying to play but they just swat at her. Sandi thinks it’s a game lol. I would say she might not be the best around cats if they don’t like to play with dogs. She is very energetic so she would be good around other dogs if they can tolerate her energy. It pains me to rehome her but I know I don’t have enough time in my schedule to keep up with her needs. She definitely needs a lot of play time. She would be best in a home with people who have enough time to train and play with her. She did go through puppy training and train and board. But, as I said I didn’t have all the time to keep up with it at home.

Story
If you looked at his birth date on paper, you’d see a number 11. But if you met him in person, you’d never believe it. This is Leo, our young at heart, bouncy, joyful pup. He’s grown up alongside of kids of all ages, shared a yard with other dogs, and even made friends with ducks! He loves showing off his playful energy. Age is just a number, and as far as he’s concerned, he’s still in his prime. Leo is a certified lap dog. There is nothing in this world he loves more than curling up right next to you and soaking up all the attention you have to offer. He gives the absolute best kisses, and will happily listen to you talk about your day as long as you're giving out bell rubs. With broken hearts, our family is moving and unable to take him with us. We are looking for a home where Leo can share all the love he’s spent eleven years perfecting with our family. Leo has spent his whole life being loved, and is ready to spend the rest of it loving you.

Sunny is a handsome neutered Husky mix born 1/25/2024. He is beautifully marked and has one sky blue eye and one golden brown. He is house trained, walks on a leash, is not destructive to anything in the house, and loves car rides. This athlete can JUMP OUT OF A 5 ft fenced in yard if he’s motivated by what looks to be a party. This includes children (loves them), adults, ice cream, or anything that looks like fun! Therefore, he needs to be walked on a leash and not trusted to remain in a yard UNLESS IT’S VERY HIGH. He has a lot of personality and Foster Mom reports he can say “I love you”, “Walmart” and a couple of other things. The most important thing is that he believes he’s communicating with you, so just go with it! Sunny is up to date on health care. Adoption fee $50.  This covers the cost of spay/neuter, DHPP, Rabies, Flea, tick, heart worm check, worm treatment, and microchip. Millie is a sweet female German Shepherd mix born about August, 2024. She’s a really good girl, and has many, many wonderful traits. She is fully house trained, and lets you know when she needs to go outside. She is crate trained, leash trained, and easy to groom. She is very gentle around food,  and is never assertive or aggressive about anything. Millie is friendly with larger dogs, unknown with small dogs and cats. She loves bones, but doesn’t understand toys—that will be a fun thing to teach her! Loves car rides. Millie is being treated for heartworm, and comes with the rest of the medicine to finish treatment. She’s perfectly happy and healthy and on her way to being heartworm free. Story
Little Man is believed to be a Black Mouth Cur/German Shepherd mix born about January, 2025. He is very attached to his foster family. He prefers to sleep on their bed or on a dog bed right beside them. Black Mouth Curs are believed to be the inspiration behind “Old Yeller”. Little Man gets along with all other dogs, cats and is safe with children. He is leash trained and house trained, a very good dog. Interestingly, he was a stray in a neighborhood, but unlike some strays, was liked and cared for by people. They left out food and water for him, and he never did anything wrong—no digging, chewing, barking, or other disruptive behavior. Our rescue took him in to find him a home because we were concerned about him getting hit by a car on the busy road. Also, because this sweet boy needs a warm place to sleep in the winter, and people of his own to fully bond with. Little Man is neutered and has been brought up to date on all vaccines and health care. Adopt your own piece of the Old South and see how intelligent, people-oriented and loving this mix can be. $50.  This covers the cost of spay/neuter, DHPP, Rabies, Flea, tick, heart worm check, worm treatment, and microchip.
