In her foster home, she’s become a total shadow dog, happily following her foster mom from room to room just to be close to her people. She forms deep bonds and has the sweetest submissive smile she gives when greeting her favorite humans—a little expression that’s impossible not to fall in love with.While Phoebe enjoys a quieter lifestyle these days, don’t mistake her for a couch potato. She still has plenty of pep in her step and loves long walks, exploring outside, playing with toys, and soaking up fresh air on the porch. One of her cutest quirks? She insists on sleeping with a toy tucked under her chin or cuddled in her arms every night.Phoebe is looking for an adult-only home where she can truly settle in and feel comfortable.
