Story
Meet Bam Bam, a friendly and playful German Shepherd with a big personality and an even bigger bark! Don't let his loud voice fool you-he's a super sweet dog who enjoys the company of other dogs with proper introductions. Bam Bam isn't a fan of cats, though, and he can be a little jumpy, so we think he'd thrive best in a home with teens and up. If you're looking for a loyal, energetic companion, Bam Bam is your guy!

Story
IDGSR Welcomes DAKOTA into the safety of the rescue!! THIS DOG IS FOSTERED IN MASSACHUSETTS ************** Hi there! My name is Dakota and I am VERY handsome. I’m a German Shepherd - Labrador mix with the beautiful black and tan Shepherd coloring but have extra cute floppy ears. I’ll be 6 years old on September 1 and I am SUPER well behaved!! No puppy nonsense with me! I’m fully housebroken and crate trained, and I know a whole bunch of words like sit, down, lay down, come, in, out, wait, no, OK, paw, eat, off, treat, drink, water, go see (what’s outside), let me see you (when mom wants to check me over), let’s go and back (that’s a hard one!). So I’m super smart, listen well and am VERY well behaved. You’re not gonna find a smarter dog than me! On top of ALL that, I’m friendly with people, dogs and even cats! Well, I’m really indifferent to the cats. I’d rather play with my people and dogs. I love to go on adventures, play tug, and go anywhere and everywhere you go. I’m very loyal and loving. So if you don’t want to deal with all that puppy nonsense and are looking for a VERY handsome gentleman who listens well, is loving and friendly to everyone, then I’m your guy!!!
