We adopted Kenai from his original owner a couple weeks ago. He is 1 1/2 years old. We were told he was always gentle and sweet. But we have a smaller dog who has received minor injuries, Not out of aggression but because Kenai is just too big and excited for our frenchie pug. They love each other but too much of a size difference. He has minor resource guarding and anxiety. Has some stranger danger. But can warm up to you pretty quickly with patience. He is a very sweet and loving boy. He loves other dogs and cats. He wants to play all the time with everyone. He just needs a home where he can be properly trained and maybe some friends big enough to keep up with him. He is also very energetic and needs a lot of attention and exercise. He is a demanding breed combination who needs an experienced dog owner who can train him in the right environment. This is urgent as we don’t want anymore accidents happening. Rose is playful, loving, and intelligent. She loves to play with toys and go for walks, but is also content to snuggle on the couch and have treats. She gets along well with other dogs and with cats. Rose is well house-trained and crate-trained, knows basic commands, and is not destructive. She is a sweet girl who would make a perfect companion for an individual or family.

Hi! Mingo checking in from the Indian pups. I am generally quiet and cuddly, but I love to run and play too - like any puppy! I get along and love to play with my siblings. I am smart and very eager to please my humans. I have already learned to sit when asked and when I'm waiting on my food. Did I mention I like to cuddle? I am a total sweetheart just looking for my forever family. I would be a great best friend! I am currently working on crate training, house breaking and some basic commands. I am still pretty young and I am learning about good manners. Please understand that while I am doing well on potty and crate training, I'm still a baby and will have accidents and may whine some as I adjust to my new schedule and family. ADOPTION FEE: $400 (All MVPC dogs are heartworm-tested and on prevention, completely vetted, spayed/neutered, microchipped, crate-trained and house-trained) ADOPTER: Dog experience BIRTHDAY: 10/26/2025 FENCE: Required (an electric fence is not an acceptable form of containment) DOG FRIENDLY: Yes DOGS IN HOME: Yes CATS: Unknown CHILDREN: Yes, 8 and over I AM READY TO GO HOME - If you are approved to be my new family, a hold fee of $100 is required and will be applied to the full adoption fee of $400 when MVPC comes to visit your house with me! ***WE DO NOT HOLD DOGS.
