Story
Libby is a sweet, playful 8–9-month-old dog looking for her forever family. She came to us unexpectedly after a friend’s neighbor threatened to have her euthanized if no one could foster her. Since coming into our care, Libby has thrived. She is fully up to date on her vaccines and, after spending much of her early life on a chain or in a crate, now enjoys plenty of freedom to play and explore. She sleeps in her crate at night while everyone is in bed, and during the day she runs in our fenced yard and explores our home. Libby is remarkably well-adjusted, happy, and affectionate. She gets along with every dog she has met and loves people, too. She will likely remain a high-energy girl, so she needs an adopter who can provide regular exercise, attention, playtime, and guidance. Our senior cat is too low-energy for her, and our 3-year-old dog prefers to be an only dog, so we are seeking a better long-term match for Libby.

Looking to rehome Casper ❤️ I’m looking for the perfect forever home for Casper. Casper is the sweetest, friendliest, biggest baby you’ll ever meet. He loves people, is great with kids, and gets along well with other dogs. He’s full of love and just wants to be around his family. He’s neutered, house-trained, and crate-trained, and he knows sit, lay down, and paw. He would really thrive in a home with a fenced yard where he has room to run, play, and get all the love he deserves, or someone to take him on walks or the dog park. Meet Sausage Sam! Hi! My name is Sausage Sam but my foster parents call me Sam or Moose (if you know, you know.) I am a 4 Month Old Male Husky Mix and I currently weigh 10 lbs! My foster parents found my brother (Dean Jimmy) and I playing in the road, and told us that wasn’t a safe place for us to play. They took us home, fed us, and gave us baths because mom said we were stinky.  I am a very smart boy and very curious. I like to sit and watch the world around me. I learned how to use a pee pad, go potty outside, and go to my crate when mom asks. I love to run and play with my brother and my foster siblings until I get sleepy and love to snuggle up on the couch and take a nap. Rope toys are my favorite, I love playing tug! I am very brave and will protect you from leaves squirrels ️ and Amazon drivers! I’m great with kids and other dogs. I haven’t been around cats before, but mom thinks I would be happy with any new friends to play with! I didn’t get to eat as much as I needed to before my parents got me, so I eat very quickly now and do not like to share food. I do best eating in my crate where I feel safe! I am FULLY VETTED! I am a very good and sweet boy and can’t wait for my forever family to take me home! All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH.
