Story
Meet Tucker! He is a 2 year old Pit Mix! I decided to foster/adopt him in July of this year from a local animal shelter. I have a 7 year old dog who I thought would benefit from having a companion during the days. They both got along and co-existed fairly well. Tucker, being a young guy, is full of energy. He is an intense play-fighter but is easily correctable. Unfortunately, life happens and due to living arrangements, occupational hazards, and financial circumstances I have found myself keeping him crated more often than not, with no real yard or area for him to really be the young and active dog that he is. It’s not the life I thought I’d be giving him. He has so much love to give and it breaks my heart that I have come to this decision, but I’m hoping to find someone equipped with the means to give him what he deserves! I currently pay monthly health insurance on him and would easily be able to transfer that over. I am located in Newport, KY but would be willing to travel 2hrs.

Rose is playful, loving, and intelligent. She loves to play with toys indoors or outdoors and go for walks, but is also content to snuggle on the couch and have treats. She gets along well with other dogs and cats. Rose is well house-trained, crate trained, knows basic commands, and is not destructive. She would make a perfect companion for an individual or family!
