Story
Meet Celeste, a brave and beautiful Husky mix with a heart as strong as her spirit. Celeste came to us as a young puppy after being hit by a car, leaving her in need of extensive FHO surgery to repair her hip. Thanks to dedicated veterinary care and the love and patience of her foster family, she made a full recovery and now moves with grace and confidence. Her resilience and gentle spirit are a true testament to her will to thrive, and she’s now ready to find the forever family she’s been waiting for. Celeste is a sweet, sensitive soul who can be shy and a little timid at first, especially in new environments or around unfamiliar people. But with patience and kindness, her walls come down, and she reveals her affectionate, loyal nature. Once she feels comfortable, she’ll lean into you for affection, give her famous snuggles, and shower you with gentle kisses. She forms deep bonds with those she trusts and thrives in calm, stable homes where she can relax and continue to blossom. She’s great with other dogs and finds comfort in canine companions who help her feel more at ease. Celeste is fully potty trained and enjoys spending time with her people, whether it’s a quiet evening together or a peaceful walk outside. Born in March 2025, she is currently in a foster home in Texas. Celeste is looking for a loving, patient family who will give her the time and security she needs to continue shining. When you earn her trust, you’ll gain a devoted companion who will fill your home with love and gratitude every single day. All of our dogs are located in a foster home in Texas, Colorado, or Pennsylvania. Our dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. As a Mutts N Such direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Facetime, etc). Our out of state adoption fee for this pet is $200 plus a sponsored transport fee (varies by location). This fee includes all current vaccinations, deworming, a registered microchip, fecal analysis, spay/neuter for pets 6 months & older, and a heartworm test if over 6 months old. Story
Meet Lucki – The Goofy, Lovable Husky Mix Who’s Always Smiling Lucki is a happy-go-lucky husky mix with a big personality and an even bigger heart. He’s playful, friendly, and always on the lookout for his next adventure—or a new human to charm with his goofy grin and wagging tail. True to his husky roots, Lucki is full of energy, curiosity, and a touch of mischief that makes life with him both lively and entertaining. He loves to run, wrestle with his dog friends, and soak up attention from anyone willing to give him ear scratches. Lucki is incredibly social and thrives on interaction, whether it's with people or other pups. He would do best in an active home that can keep up with his need for physical and mental stimulation. A backyard to zoom around in or regular outings to explore the world would be right up his alley. Huskies are known for their intelligence, independence, and talkative nature—and Lucki is no exception. He’s not just a pretty face; he’s also smart and eager to be part of the action, especially if there are treats involved. With consistency and structure, Lucki will blossom into a devoted, fun-loving companion who brings endless joy to his forever family. Lucki was born in January 2024 and is currently located in Texas.
