Story
Oli is 2 years old and is the biggest lover dog you’ll meet. He’s the best dog you’ll ever have. He’s so smart and full of energy. Hes quick to learn with training and knows a full list of commands. He loves walks, fetch and cuddles in bed. Oli needs to go to a home where they can give him the attention and affection that can be provided. I’ll provide, on adoption day, a cage, food and toys.

Story
I got my dog when he was a puppy, and he has been an amazing companion ever since. He is a 2-year-old Pitsky (Pitbull/Husky mix) weighing around 50 pounds. He is very friendly, loving, playful, and smart. He gets along well with people and other dogs and has a very family-friendly personality. He is well behaved, easy to train, and enjoys attention, walks, playtime, and being around his owner. He is active and energetic but also affectionate and loyal. I am looking for a responsible and loving home where he will receive the time, care, exercise, and attention he deserves. Ideally, his new family or owner should be experienced with dogs or willing to continue giving him structure, training, and lots of love. Some words that describe him are: loyal, friendly, playful, affectionate, energetic, smart, and well behaved. He is a wonderful dog, and I want to make sure he goes to a safe and caring home where he will be truly loved.

Story
Buddy is the sweetest dog I could have ever asked for. I adopted him from a shelter since he was scheduled for euthanasia , and I’ve been in love with him ever since. He absolutely loves people, enjoys cuddling, and has the kindest, most affectionate personality. He’s great with other dogs and always wants to make new friends. Unfortunately, despite all of his wonderful qualities, he doesn’t seem to get along with my cats. This has been an incredibly difficult decision, but I want to do what’s best for him and for my cats. I’m looking for a loving home with no cats where Buddy can get all the attention, love, and time he deserves. He would thrive with someone who can give him plenty of affection, companionship, and the happy life he deserves.

He was found abandoned and we took him in but his human mother died and he needs a better home’now where he gets more attention . He’s crate trained, house trained and loves to play. He’s needs to learn manners because he jumps when he’s excited and playing. He’s a very sweet baby and deserves a loving home.

Story
Meet Shari! She is a 1yr old spayed female Black Mouth Cur/Boxer mix that weighs 51lbs. She came into the Mesquite Animal Shelter as a stray on 3/30. This sweet girl is a beauty! She appears to have been well cared for and even knows the sit and down commands and appears housetrained. She has such a happy go lucky disposition and a smile you just can`t resist! She loves to play with toys, throws them up in the air and catches them. Shari loves to be petted and loved on. She can be a bit mouthy when she is excited, but with redirection she does well. Having a secured yard to run and play in, will help her run out her energy. She can pull a bit on a leash, yet with plenty of play time she will do much better. Passing other dogs barking at her she didn`t show any interest, yet its best to ask the shelter for a dog test if you have other dogs in the home. Its clear to see how much love she has to give to her own loving family companions. You just can`t go wrong with such a loving girl!

Story
Priscilla could be your new next best friend! She’s a 1-2 year old 59 pound Siberian Husky that was brought into the Mesquite Animal Shelter on 6/27 along with her sibling Ursula. They are kenneled together, so it would be easy to get to see them both. They are bonded. They’re both really good girls. Priscilla has blue eyes and a slimmer body. She’s also more laid-back. She’s tail-wagging happy. She sits and gives her paw for treats. She stayed close, soaking up attention. She is affectionate, attentive, sweet, calm, gentle, and well mannered. She would need a tall secure fenced in yard to play in, as well as frequent brushings. Priscilla walked well on a leash. This soft cuddly girl that gives kisses is ready to enrich your life with unconditional love! You could be double blessed by adopting Ursula at the same time!

Story
The first thing I noticed about Beckett was his golden eyes that match his exquisite coloring. He’s a very handsome young dog. I would call him the cream de la cream! Beckett is a one year-old 53 pound mixed breed (possibly Catahoula). He came into the Mesquite Animal Shelter as a stray on 8/31. He responds well to praise. Once in the yard, he relaxed and began to scamper back and forth. At one point he was trying to entice me to play with him. When I sat down he came and put his head on my lap. He rolls over for belly rubs. He’s basically a calm, gentle, friendly guy with playful charm. He did his business in the yard. He’ll need to get out to stretch those long legs of his and then come in and flop down beside you on the couch.
