But with a little patience, understanding, and plenty of love, Phineas reveals his true personality, a sweet, affectionate gentleman who forms strong bonds with the people he trusts.Phineas is FeLV positive, which means he`ll need to be the only cat in the home or live with other FeLV-positive cats. Our team is happy to talk with you about what that means and how to help him live a happy, comfortable life.Once he`s comfortable in his surroundings, Phineas enjoys spending time with his favorite people, whether that`s relaxing nearby, accepting gentle pets, or simply keeping you company. However, many FeLV+ cats can live happy, comfortable lives with proper veterinary care, good nutrition, and lots of love. They must be the only cats in the home or live with other FeLV+ kitties, and we`re looking for an adopter who has a strong relationship with a trusted vet and understands the commitment of caring for FeLV+ cats.Our shelter is open Tuesday-Sunday from 12-4 (closed Mondays).
