Story
Kakarot is an eight year old sweetheart that needs a home that can give her a little more attention and comfort than we are currently able to provide. She was adopted as a kitten and thrived, and basically ran our household, until we started adding to our family. When she was 3 we got a larger breed dog and her behaviors changed. She stayed in hiding the majority of the time, gained some weight, and only came out at night once everyone was down for the night. We assumed with time they’d warm up to each other but that sadly has not been the case with her. We’ve also had a couple kids since then and it seems that she’s gone even deeper into hiding and lost a lot of the spark we saw in her when it was just us. After a lot of consideration, we decided that our house simply isn’t a good fit for her and want to give her a chance to enjoy living somewhere hopefully dog and small kid free.

🎃 Hi, I’m Pumpkin! 🐾 I may need a little time to warm up, but once I feel safe, I’m ready for lots of love and gentle conversations! 🥰 I’m not spayed yet, and my vaccinations aren’t up to date. Sadly, my previous owner didn’t provide any medical records, so my new family will need to help me get caught up on my vet care. I’ve had a stressful start, but I’m ready for my happy ending. ❤️ My mama says I deserve a home where I feel safe, loved, comfortable, and appreciated for the special girl I am. Are you looking for a sweet, talkative, slightly sassy former super-mom who is officially ready to retire from kitten duty? 😉 I might just be your girl! 🎃🐾

Buster is approximately 13 years old and is very friendly to people and loves to get attention and affection. He’s a lap kitty and occasional bedtime snuggler. He has been with me for over eleven years. We are making the difficult decision to rehome him because 1) he doesn’t get along with our other senior cat and the aggression is getting worse every day and 2) we just had our second child and are simply outgrowing our home.We really need to find someone who will love him in his final years and give him the care and attention he wants and deserves. I wish that could still be us.
