Xander was born May 9th, 2019 and I have had him since he was weened from his mother. He was the runt of his litter and stole my heart from the moment I saw him. He has always been my wild love bug. He is a fantastic companion with some fun quirks. He LOVES to snuggle and get lots of scratches. He is fantastic with kids & strangers. He is a big fan of knocking things off counters, playing with rubbish and getting into all sorts of hijinx. Ever since my partner and I combined households and brought our cats together there have been problems. Xander is very territorial and likes his space to be his own. He likes to be the king of his own castle and keep his human parents all to himself. He is unable to share a litter box with another cat. It breaks my heart to pass him on but he will be happier in a new home where he gets all the love and attention.

Rehoming my senior(11) cat, he is unhappy being in a home with young kids and now we have another baby on the way he would probably be happy and healthier in a slower and less chaotic home. He would need to be in a home with no kids and no dogs, ideally no cats. He is very aggressive towards dogs. He is slightly overweight and this is something we have been working on with him. He is mostly indoors but does like to lay out in the sun in our back yard, does not leave our yard though. Not overly affectionate but does rub against legs and ask for pets as well as sometimes snuggle on the sofa. Would be happy in a calm home with someone looking for an older kitty companion. No medical issues as far as we know. He will come with a cat tree and his food!

Meet Remi! Remi is our 4 year old male tuxedo. He is neutered, microchipped and up to date on all shots (vet records can be provided to new owner). We are rehoming him because he has been exhibiting aggression towards our other two cats for the last couple months and we have determined he needs to be the ONLY CAT in the home. He is an absolute baby, very sweet, but stoic. He loves to be brushed and enjoys playing. He does know how to open doors with handle door knobs (he is really smart) and he loves his humans. He loves our dog and cleans her eyes often, but I can’t guarantee how he would be with other dogs since he has been with her since he was a kitten. He is free fed Purina One True Instinct high protein dry food (can provide new owner a large bucket of food) + Tiki Cat mousse variety pack (1 packet a day- half am/half pm). Remi will come with an automatic feeder, automatic filtered water fountain, beds, a suction window perch and a brush. Remi is 14lbs and polydactyl, meaning he has extra toes and will require routine nail trims to avoid infections of nails growing into his pads. Remi is indoor only and his adoption fee is $50. Sparkles was born at the Cat Adoption Center in downtown Portland. She was born May 3, 2018 and we adopted her on July 23, 2018. She has been an indoor cat all of her life and no longer even tries to get outside. She loves to sleep in small baskets, sometimes smaller than what looks comfortable. She is a wonderfully loving cat who loves to be around us and plays well with other cats. We have had two other cats while she has lived with us and she always did well with them.
