SWEET AND SUBMISSIVE WHILE BEING VERY TIMID GETTING USED TO A NEW PLACE, AS HIS INCREDIBLY ADORABLE PERSONALITY EMERGES LITTLE BY LITTLE. ENJOYS GENTLE ATTENTION TO FEEL WELCOMED AND LOVED. OKAY WITH GENTLE KIDS. USED TO LIVING WITH BROTHER MIKEY AND ONE OTHER CAT. GREAT WITH OTHERS ALSO. NO DOGS. Affectionately nicknamed Kit-Kit, I`m a confident, playful spirit who marches to a beat of my own. I often stay to myself, but completely welcome and enjoy your company and being pet! I`ll even encourage it by calling you over with the cutest sounds! I`m great at climbing and love perching up high where I feel comfortable and safe, but I will spend more time down with everybody as I settle in. I will love having a sturdy cat tree with large shelves to lay on! I`m laid back and friendly, but can feel uncomfortable being picked up, but that can improve if we practice trying it a few seconds at a time, and slowly work our way up. But I am a real sweetheart that will happily trot over to accept a few pets, and then get back to stretching out somewhere high. You`ll soon know me as a cheerful, even silly, guy that actually SMILES, and has a joy that`s contagious. I love a good neck scratch and will lean in with bliss. You`ll love spending time petting me because I`m such sweet company and so soft! Maybe you`ll even find some toys that I enjoy playing with for some fun and a little exercise! Our wand toy could be a great start! I`m wonderfully affectionate toward younger cats, often showing a gentle, nurturing side. It even shows some when meeting older cats. I really don`t mind other cats around at all! I enjoy having both wet and dry food, just not too much please. Being a little slightly chubby, I`m a borderline diabetic, so currently on a treat-free regimen. Be sure to only give me appropriate food servings for the large cat that I am, so that I will slowly trim down some, and maybe even drop that condition! Be sure to check with a vet to help us manage it! Don’t worry, I feel good and energy is in no short supply. I hope to find a loving home where my quirky habits and tender loving heart are appreciated, and where I can thrive as the charming, lovable, independent soul you`re going to love and adore!

Story
Jean showed up on my doorstep pregnant - all of her litter has been adopted and now it’s time for Jean. She is snuggly, friendly and playful She spends most mornings play fighting with toys, chasing toys, and moving around. She then take some deep naps in the afternoon, a great time for snuggles before the evening energy kicks in. She is looking a home hopefully before winter sets in. Her current living space is a small backyard shed which is difficult to keep heated overnight during the cold.
