No crazy story. She was picked up off the street and was quickly adopted. She wasn’t shy as a baby but she now needs time to accept changes in environment and people. She’s full of personality and loves to just be an animal. Her favorite activities are playing with shadows and small toys. She loves attention and will curl into you if you sit down. She’s a professional biscuit maker as well. She likes the sound of spinach bags being opened too! Not a big fan of outside but will sit with you if she gets curious, and she always does. Her name is hotchip but Ariel was her name when she was found on the street.

Juniper is a beautiful Tabby/Abyssinian mix who came into my life as a tiny rescued kitten in 2015 while I was living in South Carolina. She’s now 10 years old, but you’d never guess it - she’s still playful, curious, and full of that light-on-her-feet energy Abyssinians are known for. Juniper can be shy when meeting new people, but once she feels safe, she’s incredibly sweet. Independent by nature, she still enjoys cuddling up beside you for a movie. She’s playful, spry, and loves batting around hair elastics and bottle caps, with her cactus scratching post as a favorite. Juniper has lived peacefully with our small dog, though she prefers her own space and isn’t looking to be a playmate for other pets. She’ll thrive in a calm home that respects her gentle boundaries. Rehoming her is truly difficult, but due to pregnancy-related needs and allergies, we’re looking for a loving, understanding home for this special girl. Meet Panda! Panda is a lovable and huggable tabby. She a big girl so there is more of her to love and she has lots of love to give. She is a little shy, but once she gets to know you, she is sweet and loves human companionship. She enjoys pets and cuddles. She can also be nudged into playing a bit. In her foster home, she is indifferent toward the other cats. She will likely do well in a home with another friendly kitty. She would also likely do well as an only kitty getting all the attention. If you are looking for a pair, several of her kittens are also available for adoption. Panda was a neighborhood kitty that was brought to TPP by a concerned neighbor just days before she had kittens. Once she enjoyed the finer points of being an indoor kitty, she had no desire to return to being a neighborhood kitty - she is not even interested in exploring the catio at her foster home. DOB: 07/01/2022 ************************************** Our adoption fees are $125 for one, $200 for 2, and cover the spay/neuter, age-appropriate shots, microchip, combo test, deworming, and collar and ID tag. We require our adopters are 21 years old or older, keep the cat inside only (unless on a leash/harness or in a catio), and do not declaw.

GENTLE ENOUGH FOR SWEET KIDS, BUT PREFERS A MOSTLY CALM ENVIRONMENT. I`m super sweet and only have to look at you to make you fall in love and want me around all the time! I love being with people. I love snuggling with people and cat buddies too! I come from a home with several cuddly cats. A snuggle buddy cat friend would be great! I`m very quiet, but I enjoy playing with wand toys with you. The motion activated toy moving under a sheet with the butterfly fluttering on top, from Amazon has me hopping around being silly chasing it! I also play with little toys and my tunnel too. I can climb up high to perch and like finding blankets on the furniture. Having a cat tree with a sleeper box in the middle is perfect for laying by the window! Love cozy beds and a soft large hut to lay in. I`ll come when called, and sometimes follow you around a bit, but always love getting pets and attention. Cat treats are a delicious reward for being the best kitty ever!

I love having conversations and when you sweet talk to me, I even relax a little more if you sing! But when you open my gate, I instinctively start to worry and move to the back or go to my other room. If you try to reach for me then, I might give a wimpy hiss, or act like I`m going to swat your hand (with no claws, but usually don`t anyway. I DON`T want to hurt you!). Even though I seem to love people, somebody has made me afraid of hands. I really want to trust you, be your friend and enjoy getting attention. So hold up the back of your hand, be still and wait. When I do start to trust you, I will lay down on my side and let you pet the back of my neck and the top of my head so I won`t be looking at your hand and just enjoy it, a little longer every time. Even with my friends here, I haven`t relaxed enough to be picked up or held, or even come out to play. I just want to stay here and have you hang out with me! I love playing with the wand toys with you, so bring one with you when you visit and let`s have some gentle fun with it! Learning to play and be brave with you in a quiet home will be much easier and faster to accomplish than it has been here, just a few minutes every day with different people. So don`t be afraid to come spend some time with me and see how easy I am to fall in love with, because I`m just adorable and so eager to love you! It will be easy for you to choose to take me home and watch me become such a wonderful, lovable best friend ever!
