Story
Tiger is 15 months old and is a 60 pound mixed breed. He was on the euthanasia list at Duplin County Animal Shelter due to space because of a full shelter when we pulled him. Tiger is a sweetheart but is all puppy!  He has to get outside and get exercise or he is just a ball of pent up energy!  He loves to run and chase the other dogs and will also play fetch forever. He brings the ball back to us over and over again so at some point, he was someone’s dog. Sadly he was found as a stray and nobody came to claim him. He is gentle with taking treats but he is what we call a “mouthy pup” where he will will take your hand in his mouth like a typical hyper puppy when we try to play with him or pet him. He is just basically starved for attention and this can be easily corrected. Once he is let out to run and play for a while, he calms down quite a bit.  He loves to be played with, petted and loves food time!  He acts like he has been hungry before and can't clean his bowl fast enough.  He's pretty easy taking treats and doesn't care if we are near or petting him while he eats.  He does well in a kennel at night too.

Story
Milo is a beautiful, loving dog. he will be 2 years in July. I had gotten him last year from someone that was rehoming because they had found him as puppy but couldnt keep him. He is house trained and is VERY smart. He does have attachment anxiety though. Previous owner did not do much training and I have been trying to work with him but it has gotten to be too difficult with my schedule. He requires a lot of exercise and needs to be in a home with a big yard to run around. I do not have that sadly. He is a hunting dog so ideally he would do better with someone that is outside ALOT and does things along that nature. He is not a pet that belongs in a small apt of in the city. He loves to run around and sniff things. He is a huge cuddler and does great with kids and other dogs. My biggest issue right now is the training, he really needs someone VERY experiences with his breed/ dogs. Crate trained as well. This hurts my heart but right now I cannot give him what he needs.

These pups are in Albemarle, North Carolina too!
