Story
Meet Clover! This poor boy has only known homelessness in his short year of life. He has bounced around from place to place and has never had or known what it's like to have a home of his own. He is a sweet guy with a gentle soul and he enjoys the company of other dogs. He'd do best in a home with other dogs to keep him company as he enjoys bouncing around and playing with other dogs. He may act shy in the beginning but he's really an undercover lover and he bonds closely with humans that give him affection. Clover has done great with big and small dogs and he enjoys when other dogs play with him. If you're looking for a new good luck charm, Clover is your guy! From his current foster: " Clover is submissive, a bit timid and shy at first. Warms up / gains confidence with other animals / gentle hooomans. House trained, kennel trained. Is starting to chew up small things at night but that's because he's finally feeling comfortable and acting like a puppy boy. He is easily redirected with toys. He is a little flighty when it comes to going out doors/ jumping in cars / kennels. Overall an amazing dog that would make the best family member. 16 DOG PLAYGROUP + SMALL DOGS! - https://youtu.be/mIw1BbeVyhk 15 DOG PLAYGROUP + SMALL DOGS! - https://youtube.com/shorts/VXNyUNJ2mSY Playing with another dog - https://youtube.com/shorts/gJIeql81t7g?feature=share Playgroup with small & big dogs - https://youtube.com/shorts/CHDR6l7wxBA?feature=share Playgroup - https://youtu.be/6w2dqbGK59s Playgroup - https://youtube.com/shorts/koLzUAubGjk?feature=share Playing with other dogs! - https://youtu.be/qa_Pz9hIVDo ADOPTION FEE: $425 We are a foster-based rescue and generally do not have pups available to meet at our office except during adoption events on Saturdays. Not every dog attends every adoption event. Interested in this pup? The first step is to complete our online application by clicking the "Apply for Adoption" button. Please note that we are only able to finalize adoptions at events for approved adopters. The earlier you apply, the better as it takes time to review and approve applications. We host adoption events almost every Saturday from 10:00am to 1:00pm at our rescue office (1721 W Harmony, unit 102, Fort Collins, Co 80526)! Check our Instagram and/or Facebook page for info on where we will be hosting adoptions this weekend! All Aboard Animal Rescue saves dogs and puppies from high-kill shelters in other states. These pups are brought to Colorado, where they are required to be spayed or neutered - breaking the cycle of unwanted litters of puppies who end up as strays! Story
Double Stuff is such a sweet and happy pup with the cutest smile and goofy personality! From his foster: "When someone told Double Stuff to stop and smell the roses, he listened, but he didn't really know what roses were so he chose the next best thing-dandelions. When he isn't chomping down on nature's tasty treat, he loves frolicking after grasshoppers, then eating them. He's potty trained and good on the leash. While he's working on getting used to cats, he does exceptionally well with dogs and would excel in a home with a dog friend. He's also still working on his play biting -since he's still a puppy he loves nibbling on all things. The only thing we've found that makes him sad is not being able to make friends (human, dog, he wants everyone to show him some love). He's charismatic, goofy, and one of a kind. He's one of the biggest, most loving hearts anyone could ask for. I also just want to say that he's made such a positive impact on me and everyone I work with (he comes into the office with me), he's a great dog:)" Playgroup - https://youtube.com/shorts/Vz7TSQeY9jY?feature=share Playing with dogs- https://youtube.com/shorts/ng9OZOKVkGk?feature=share Playgroup - https://youtube.com/shorts/nVwvE9SR8_c?feature=share ADOPTION FEE: $550 We are a foster-based rescue and generally do not have pups available to meet at our office except during adoption events on Saturdays. Story
Meet Red! This gorgeous gal came into our rescue partner as a stray and seemed undersocialized and nervous. Since arriving in rescue, she has blossomed and made great progress already! She will need an adopter who is willing to go slow and allow her to feel comfortable so she can continue to make progress. Previous shelter staff notes: Red is a sweet and gentle girl with a dainty soul. She prefers to take things slow to get to know you, but when she realizes you're safe, she will shower you will love and kisses! She loves to give hugs and kisses and to jump in your lap. She must think she's part lap dog and we haven't told her otherwise. Red came to us and seemed like she was a neglected yard dog. We've been working with her to help her gain confidence and she's blossomed into a wonderland social dog! She LOVES other dogs and would do best in a home with other dogs for her to play with and to continue learning from. She's learning to be a leash walking pro and she's grateful for a gentle hand and love. She will show her gratitude by offering gentle kisses and endless love! Story
Sweet Bubba was abandoned outside a vet clinic. They took him in, cared for him, and found him a wonderful home. Unfortunately, his human mom had a stroke that forced her to move to an assisted living facility. Bubba is a friendly boy and good with other dogs, cats, and kids. He is crate-trained and house-trained and just pure joy! Story
Introducing the gentle and affectionate Tallulah, a lovable dog seeking her forever home! This endearing pup adores belly rubs, making new friends on walks, giving hugs to her favorite humans, and snuggling for hours on end. Although she cherishes her cozy naps, Tallulah is a dream walking companion – always eager to be right by your side, her excitement barely contained as she wiggles with joy. Throughout your walks, Tallulah will gaze up at you, seeking praise and affection, while occasionally needing a gentle nudge to resist the allure of squirrels or geese. Although she's still discovering the joy of playing with toys, her playful spirit shines through as she frolics in the snow. Already perfectly house-trained and a fantastic walker, Tallulah's ideal family would provide plenty of time for long naps, belly rubs, and leisurely walks. She dreams of a home where she can be surrounded by kindness, belly rubs, cozy blankets, and exciting adventures. She does take a little bit of time to warm up to new people, so patience is a must! Tallulah would thrive in a home without small children, as they can overwhelm her. Her perfect environment includes a backyard, a furry sibling to play with, and an abundance of love. Don't miss your chance to welcome this sweet and gentle soul into your life – she's the loving companion you've been waiting for! April 25, 2024, 5:50 pm
