My original home would hit me and this left some scars on my heart. My last home said that I was loving and affectionate with them but also protective. Unfortunately, I just didn’t care for their cats and kids. I do get along with dogs. I can be pretty active and playful and enjoy a nice game of fetch. I also sit and give paw. Can you help me heal emotionnally, I promise to love you with all my heart!

Have you ever seen a more beautiful dog?!? His coat does require some serious grooming (brushing often), but his mane is gorgeous. He's a sweet little guy that would do well with another smaller dog in the home. He is a bit shy with people and other dogs help bring out his confidence. Hi, Im what they called a Pomsky teddy bear mix but the truth is, with backyard breeders, you never really know. What I do know is that Im 100% adorable and finally safe with The Charlie Project Dog Rescue after being rescued from a backyard breeding situation. I didnt have the best start to life, but Im learning what it means to be loved and cared for. I can be a little shy at first as I adjust to all these new experiences, but once I feel safe, my playful and affectionate side starts to come out. Im still a puppy, so Im working on all the basicsespecially potty training. Ill need a family that is patient, consistent, and ready to help me learn and grow. A home that understands rescue dogs and is willing to give me time to decompress will be the best fit. I come with my current DHPP vaccines (including boosters provided by the rescue), bordetella vaccine, microchip, deworming, and a current health certificate. My 550 adoption fee includes my spay/neuter at one of the rescues partner veterinarians. If you choose to use your own vet, a $100 reimbursement will be provided upon proof of spay/neuter. This is required as part of the adoption contract. If you rent or live in a condo, please ensure your landlord or association has approved a dog prior to applying. If you currently have a dog at home, please email up-to-date vet records and proof of preventatives to thecharlieprojectdogrescue@gmail.com before submitting your application. Hey there! We're Charlie and Patches, a lovable duo looking for our forever home. Charlie is a 20-pound male Pomeranian and Chihuahua mix (black), while Patches is a 30-pound male Maltese mix (white), We're both neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, and estimated to be around 13-14 years old. We're a bonded pair, so we come as a package deal for an adoption fee of $350. We're still working on house training, but we're getting better every day. Both of us are crate trained and learning to walk on a leash. Patches enjoys walking with Charlie, and we both get super excited when we see other dogs on our walks. We love running around in the fenced backyard and cuddling up on the couch at night. We're currently staying with our fosters and we love sleeping on the couch. Charlie especially enjoys napping with family members. We usually snuggle up together on the couch when our fosters head to bed. We're a sweet pair looking for a loving home to call our own.
