Dino here.As you can see from my pictures, I am an adorable little guy. They tell me I am an `adult`, maybe 3-5 yrs old but my philosophy is that age is just a number and I am a happy, go lucky little guy with puppy like energy.I love everyone I meet and always want to be a part of the action. If the hooman wants to pick me up or snuggle I will let them but really, I want to be on the go. There are 3 big dogs in my foster home, and I love to run and play and wrestle with them. I really hope my furever home has at least one playful dog.I have been told that going to the bathroom in the house is frowned upon and am working to remember to ask to go outside when nature calls. I am also trying to concentrate on learning some commands though it is hard to with so much action to pay attention to but will continue to practice. If I have to go in that thing, you call a crate, I will protest for a minute but settle down and fall sleep pretty quickly. To be honest I would much rather sleep under the dining room table, but I get it, spending time in my crate is one of the rules in the house.If you are looking for a cute, little guy with a zest for life, I would love to meet you.We love our dogs. We want happy lives for all of them and are looking for the home that provides the best fit for each dog’s individual needs. Please understand that there may be multiple families interested in this dog.Also, please know that the breed mix listed is simply a guess. In most cases, we don’t know their background. We encourage you to base your decision on individual personality and pet qualities instead of relying on our guess.Please understand, we only adopt our animals out near the Chicagoland area. Have you ever seen a more beautiful dog?!? His coat does require some serious grooming (brushing often), but his mane is gorgeous. He's a sweet little guy that would do well with another smaller dog in the home. He is a bit shy with people and other dogs help bring out his confidence. My original home would hit me and this left some scars on my heart. My last home said that I was loving and affectionate with them but also protective. Unfortunately, I just didn’t care for their cats and kids. I do get along with dogs. I can be pretty active and playful and enjoy a nice game of fetch. I also sit and give paw. Can you help me heal emotionnally, I promise to love you with all my heart!

I`m a little 9 lb bundle of goofy, sweet, nervous personality wrapped in very soft Pomeranian fur. I spent the first part of my life breeding and I`m still learning to trust humans, but dogs are AMAZING. I love love love other dogs and would do best in a home with another dog. I also get along with cats! I`m looking for a quiet household with a steady routine and no small children. My favorite thing in the whole world is running full tilt through the yard and rolling around in plants, so I`d really love a home with a fenced in backyard or a family that`s willing to take me to the dog park regularly. I love foster mom and love being near her and giving her kisses on the hand, but I`m not ready to snuggle and I get really nervous about getting pets. I had a dental and they took most of my teeth so now my lips get caught on the teeth I have left and foster mom laughs at my silly faces.
