Goliath is a fancy little lad and he knows it! He's got a giant sized personality in the teeniest, fluffiest package, and it has never once occurred to him that he's actually not a mastiff. Goliath can take a minute to warm up to new people, but he absolutely LOVES other dogs and would thrive in a home with other canine companions to keep him company! Weight: 10.6 lbs Spayed/Neutered: Yes! Up to date on vaccines: Yes! Microchipped: Yes! Housebroken: Yes! They will potty outside every time or nearly every time (rarely has accidents). Crate-trained: Working on it! They will bark or vocalize for up to 30 minutes, but do eventually settle. Leash behavior: Working on it! They are still learning what the leash is all about and may have some behaviors that will require continued positive reinforcement training. Dog sociability: They love them! They thrive with a dog buddy and would love to live in a forever home with other dogs. Cat sociability: Unknown! They have never met a cat while in our care. Kid sociability: No kids, please! They are afraid of kids or reactive toward them, or they have a history of behaviors that make them incompatible with children. Dee Dee is a little dude with a big personality! When he's not sneaking sips from your glass of water, he can most often be found in a nearby lap. Dee Dee loves long walks and is unbothered by the sights and sounds of the big city! It can take him a little bit to warm up to new people, but once you're in, you're in for good - he never forgets a friendly face! Weight: 12.7 lbs Spayed/Neutered: Yes! Up to date on vaccines: Yes! Microchipped: Yes! Housebroken: Working on it! They're doing well on a schedule but will have occasional accidents in the home. Crate-trained: Working on it! Dino here.As you can see from my pictures, I am an adorable little guy. They tell me I am an `adult`, maybe 3-5 yrs old but my philosophy is that age is just a number and I am a happy, go lucky little guy with puppy like energy.I love everyone I meet and always want to be a part of the action. If the hooman wants to pick me up or snuggle I will let them but really, I want to be on the go. There are 3 big dogs in my foster home, and I love to run and play and wrestle with them. I really hope my furever home has at least one playful dog.I have been told that going to the bathroom in the house is frowned upon and am working to remember to ask to go outside when nature calls. I am also trying to concentrate on learning some commands though it is hard with so much action to pay attention to but I`ll continue to practice. If I have to go in that thing, you call a crate, I will protest for a minute but settle down and fall sleep pretty quickly. To be honest I would much rather sleep under the dining room table, but I get it, sleeping in that thing is one of the rules of the house.The nice people taking care of me say I have something called Epilepsy. I have had some seizures in the past but now those are controlled with proper medication. Definitely doesn`t slow me down at all.If you are looking for a cute, little guy with a zest for life, I would love to meet you.We love our dogs. We want happy lives for all of them and are looking for the home that provides the best fit for each dog’s individual needs. Please understand that there may be multiple families interested in this dog.Also, please know that the breed mix listed is simply a guess. In most cases, we don’t know their background. We encourage you to base your decision on individual personality and pet qualities instead of relying on our guess.Please understand, we only adopt our animals out near the Chicagoland area. Story
Miklo is a very smart dog. He understands basic commands. Will dance for a treat, sit and give paw. He gets very excited when people are around so he may need a little disciplinary enforcement so he knows your rules and expectations. I sometimes have to put him on leash depending on who comes over to visit until he calms down so he doesn’t jump on people. He’s just too excited and happy when we have company. He knows not to get on the furniture. He sleeps in his own bed in my bedroom. Likes going for long walks and playing fetch with ball. He loves the snow! He definitely is a very vocal dog. Let’s you know when he wants something. Especially a treat. He knows where we keep them so he will sit by the closet door n whine til he gets it. He is a very strong dog so hang tight to leash when you first take him out. He’s super excited to go out. He eventually calms down once he releases himself. He requires alot of attention and love. Like any other dog.

Zuzu is a spirited puppy. She's a charming girl who arrived at our rescue as a breeder release from a commercial breeding facility. While she did not have the same start in life that puppies born in a family do, she is a little timid to start. However, with a little time to develop her trust she blossoms into a charming companion, Like all puppies, she will need structure and a patient, loving home. We recommend training for all puppies—not only to give Zuzu important learning skills, but because you and your puppy will create a stronger bond just by going through the training together. Zuzu is fully vetted. She has been spayed, received age-appropriate vaccines, and is microchipped. Subsequent vaccines will be at the expense of her adopter. Her adoption donation is $1200..00. She is on the hunt for her own completely committed family. Little dogs can live to be 20+ years old, so Zuzu wants to be sure her family is all in for better or for worse! IF INTERESTED IN A PUPPY (UNDER 9 MONTHS): You must have a flexible work schedule or someone home all day. Puppies need to be let out to potty often. They need socialization, bonding, and training (housetraining and behavioral training). If you work long hours, have a busy social schedule, or are not financially secure, then a puppy is not for you. We adopt in the local Chicago metro area. We require home visits.
